Cons: I payed $55 plus tax on Kayak for this rental. That was the price I was quoted and should have been the end of it, but when I arrived at the airport, they said there had been a computer error. They charged me an additional $18 plus tax. Granted, it wasn't that much more, but I should not have had to pay twice. I will not use Kayak again, as this has happened before with a flight as well.

Check-in was a pain
Pros: I had a 6:30 AM flight and the return place opened at 5:00 AM. The transit bus wouldn't leave for the terminal for a while, risking that I might miss my flight. An employee drove me to the terminal. That was either a great service, or a great employee.
Cons: Check-in took a long time. Then, the car I was told to use wasn't in it's spot and the employees on the lot were absolutely no help. I had to wait in a line for a long time again to get reassigned to another vehicle. At least they upgraded the car, but the time it took was really frustrating. I also didn't appreciate them trying to up-sell me. I had reserved the vehicle I wanted. The car had duct-tape glue on three of the doors where they had been taped shut for some reason. Very unattractive. The fuel was not full, even though the papers said it was.

Pros: car size, price, convenience of pick up and drop off.
Cons: car interior was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Pros: When I showed up to the Kansas City airport location, I was apparently supposed to get a car from the downtown location. Fortunately they accommodated me and it all worked out.
Cons: I thought the price was a bit high.
