Store closed and we were stranded with our baby. We tried calling 2-3 in advance to move reservation to earlier I fear that flight might be delayed and hertz rep said they could not update for me. I tried kayak reps and line kept dropping and could not connect with a rep until the day of when the store closed and I chose the emergency option . Sent a request to have someone call me for a refund and still have back heard back from anyone

Very disappointed, Hertz cancelled my order five hours before I should pick up the car, it’s broke my plans, I lost money as a result. The car was booked four days ahead.

Pickup location had changed without notice. Had to to take uber to two different locations! Gas tank half full at pickup! Car given was not what was on original order.

Check in and check out. Japanese is not my first language but the attendants were as helpful as they could be. Even with Japan's great public transportation, I needed the car due to the remote location I was going. They made the experience a lot less stressful.
