Cons:Took 45 minutes to get a car with 9 people in front of us. The windows were very dirty, especially the front passenger side window that was smeared with a sticky substance. We had to buy glass cleaner and paper towels and clean all windows inside and out.

Pros:Easy to find shuttle at airport. Two nice shuttle drivers, friendly. Had Mahogany yesterday. She was very kind and pleasant. Easy checkout in the beginning with a very friendly person. The guy that walked me out to the car, not as friendly. The person in the stall as I'm checking out was a little impatient with me. I was trying to figure out where switches were in the car and he said "Didn't you see me motioning for you/" Really, I have never rented a car by myself before and it all went very smoothly. No complaints! I would do it again.

Cons:so hard to find the place, and get to it. very confusing location.
Cons:Reservation was made for noon, the rental store closed at noon. Had to switch to an airport rental center and the cost increased by nearly $100.
Pros:Very fast and professional/friendly service and flexible about car choice. Drop off was easy and quick as well.
Cons:After picking the car, the wait time at the exit gate is too long.
Pros:Even though we didn't have to wait when we arrived behind other customers we had to wait 20 minutes for the car before we could leave for our trip. I expected everything to be ready since we made advance reservations. I've had better service doing last minute reservations.
