Pros:The assistance of Mr. Nurullah and his boss was very friendly. Instructions were clear and people were very helpful.
Cons:huge traffic on the way to the Hertz office in downtown.
Pros:Personnel at the Hertz counter was very courteous and helpful
Cons:The vehicle is underpowered for driving in Switzerland
Pros:OVerall, we liked the car rather well. The GPS helped most of the time and the Hybid helped gas prices quite a bit
Cons:I would like some form of owners manual. There were several things about the car we never could figure out, like the Orange emergency alarm that would go off for reasons we never could figure out.
Pros:Great brand new car (only with 5'000km) with full extra. Very fast service in pick up and drop off.
Cons:The car was consuming a lot of petrol... only that.

Cons:Had to wait a long time. Not enough people working.
They charged me EXTRA on my credit card BEFORE I took delivery of the car even after I was assured the payment was made in full ( no balance owing). Upon return of the vehicle, they found a very minor nick in the windshield. I have attempted to have this resolved over MANY emails and keep getting the 'run around", even after they admit that the overcharge at the beginning was their mistake. They have considered the case closed and are with holding the money they mistakingly charged to my account ( the money owed is more than a windshield repair ) I will NEVER deal with Hertz Rental again.
Pros:Staff were very helpful at Zurich airport, they were also flexible to accomodate us with the change in our flight time and pickup-drop off time. the car was pretty new and very clean and in good shape.
Cons:The Mini Cooper had the most uncomfortable seat of all the cars I have driven! I’m 180cm tall with an average body, although the drive be is fun but I don’t recommend this car for any drive longer than one hour, well this is not Hertz problem, I should complain to the car designers!!
Pros:The staff was wonderful. We had made a mistake and ordered our pickup somewhere but not at the airport. The woman who took care of us was more than gracious and adjusted everything to make our pickup easy.
Cons:THAT YOU CALL THIS A 5 SEATER! 5 Cats maybe, not humans.
