Cons:They Give me another car , not even close to what i reserved !!! And the price was really high
Cons:Waited unnecessarily for 45 min because only employee was on break.

Cons:GPS was very old and did not have working screen. I paid for the GPS and I still had to use my phone. Which on international data paln cost me big money.
Cons:Make sure to let your customers know they need to pay a deposit of 3k plus. Never mentioned that in my reservation Horrible service.
Pros:Had a Ford Fiesta while in Europe. The car was good.
Cons:After having the car for a short time, received an email that said I needed to return the vehicle so it could be returned to Ford. They knew how long I would have it, so why give me a vehicle that I need to exchange for another one. I did not have the additional insurance and the quote they gave was ridiculous it was thousands!! Hit a pothole that destroyed a tire and rim, that cost more than $600.
Pros:What did I like? It was pretty easy to book and get everything set up, even the pick up was quit easy and uncomplicated
Cons:I didn't like that at the pick up I was handed a sheet that said the car had no damage, without the person having set a foot outside the office to look at the car with me. I went outside and immediately found two large scratches... So be aware of that Also I wasn't able to change my drop off location when my travel plans changed I also wasn't giving the group of car I booked (I was upgraded but with that came a worse gas mileage) Eventhough I contacted beforehand to make sure I was giving a size/group of car I was comfortable with Oh last but not least I found empty bottles and empty bags of food under the drivers seat....
Pros:The car worked just fine and was clean
Cons:The car wasn't ready when we got there, we had to wait two hours. I was going to get insurance on my car, it says on my computer that it was $11 a day . Which would have been fine. But the company at the airport wanted to charge €1000 in. Ridiculous

Cons:I specifically picked my category because it said Mercedes, bmw, or similar. Driving the autobon with a German car was very much looking forward to and paid extra to enjoy. I was given a Nissan suv which is in no way similar to a bmw sedan. The attendants were very rude about the possibility of switching and told me they rarely ever actually have bmw or Mercedes. This is specifically what the site promotes. These are bait and switch tactics and made me look foolish in front of my girlfriend and her family. There are many options out there, and I will never rent hertz again.
