Pros:Vehicle was great. Navigation was definitely a perk to the vehicle as we had never visited Germany before. Stop off was easy with good location.
Cons:Not enough vehicles available. We had reserved a compact automatic 2 months in advance to avoid the problems we experienced. Staff was friendly but had us wait over a hour until we finally said we would take a manual compact so we could get on the road. This limited our possible drivers to 1.
Pros:the car (VW Golf)
Cons:Rental car company charged credit card twice EUR2000 (total EUR 4000) for an alleged 3" scratch at the bottom right corner of the front bumper. This is outrageous and ridiculous. The scratch was not detectable in a normal visual inspection, but only after an intensive manual inspection (feel), which I have never experienced at a car rental before.
Pros:Fast and friendly servuce
Cons:After booking online arrived to find they had no cars available. Don't waste your time with a company that does not have it's IT set up properly. Cost me $ in a cab to get to their yard to collect and an hour of my time getting there and back.
Cons:I had a flat tire just one hour after the rent and the company didn’t have another car available and we spent 5 hours in the street then after 20 time trying to reach the company they told us to take a taxi to our home and they will pay it back and send a new car to our home which didn’t happen
Pros:Price of the rent was great, car was an upgrade, nice clean car and great location in terminal 1
Cons:Attempt of the personal to sell me insurance was intrusive to say the least. I wish you be more sensitive towards your customers.
Pros:At counter they asked if an auto was ok, and I said I also wanted a navi which I did get. Veh was comfortable and process was fairly quick to get vehicle.
Cons:Vehicle was dirty on inside with spilled milk on the dashboard, they charged me an upgrade to the car I got but never told me about it. Amount charged was way different than what kayak quoted me, no one there at car return.
Cons:There were no cars available due to stormy conditions. I was forced to arrange alternative travel from Frankfurt to Hamburg.
Cons:No booster seat available for my 8 year old son despite earlier request when booking, rude staff that didn't explain that car had extra luggage space and tried to sell us very expensive car insurance. No information regarding road closures to get out and inyo the airport.
Pros:Car was new.
Cons:The attendant showing us the car had no knowledge of the vehicle. Did not walk around the car to show damage/no damage. We requested GPS, was told the car did not have GPS, then got in the car and it had a built in GPS. Tried to return the hand held model given to us and then was told they could not take off the charge for the GPS. It felt like we were getting the run a round and people were rude. Was told the vehicle would be a Ford S-Max and there were none in the lot. Had to get a C-Max. Just overall a bad experience.
