Cons:Slow pickup, drop off was a slow. no one at office (during operation hours).
Cons:Drop off was badly marked, sign way to small! Passed the place and had to go back in spite that I was already warned by friends that drop off is badly marked
The rental location isn’t where it says it is on apple maps or Google maps, the extra fees for being under 25 are extortionate for told it would be 28 euro a day for 3 days ended up costing me 258 euro for the 3 days nearly more than triple what I was originally told. There was no explanation as to how the drop off would happen it was simply a case of here’s your keys and here’s your car. The car itself I could not fault worked perfectly and was a pleasure to drive. The staff I spoke to were friendly enough I feel as though it is the system in which they use that is to blame.
Pros:No cleasr process for drop off. Took too long.
Cons:Garbage customer service. Would not let us pick up the car 1 hour early because our flight was early.

Cons:First, the cars Hertz has at this location seemed abused, old and dirty. All cars were filthy. Seems they buy used old cars for their fleet. The shuttle was filthy, smelly and vents pumping stinky air on passengers.

Cons:The Hertz experience for us was not good. We arrived just before our scheduled pick up time of 9:00AM and waited 2 hours for our car. There wasn't a line or anything. We were told that they had to get the car from the airport to this Hertz location, however the airport is only 15 minutes from our Hertz location. Additionally, we signed up for a Fiat Panda but the only car Hertz had was almost the size of a mini van - not the car we wanted to be driving through the narrow Positano roads in. Overall, I do not recommend this Hertz location due to the wait time and the car we received. Also, there is a $360 pending charge on my credit card which should absolutely not be the case. We better not be charged more than what we signed up to pay for getting a bigger car because we absolutely did not want a bigger car.
Cons:1- The location is not convenient at all. 2- The place was dirty, super dirty. 3- No chairs to sit during the 30' wait. 4- The Staff was rude. 5- Was not the car we rented.

Cons:I was never able to pick up the car due to the car station did not accept my credit card. The car rental should explain prior to the reservation the credit card that tey accept, so that the costumer could make a proper selection. Therefore, dont waste time and money!!!!
