Cons:We rented a compact car knowing streets in Italys Amalfi coast and Naples are tiny and parking is an issue. They gave us a HUGE car. It was a big issue. They said we made the reservation “with too much anticipation” and that was the problem. Quite a ridiculous explanation. Tried changing the car twice in the following days with no luck. Really bad experience.

Cons:The hole rental experience was awful!! Thrifty rentals are a ripoff! I will send a separate email with all that happen on the rental. Not enough space to write here.
Pros:Nothing I never got the car rental
Cons:I purchased renters insurance from kayak and was told when I got there that they did not except there insurance aND told me I had to pay a 400 dollar premium if I was going to use kayaks insurance! So the price was a lie and I never got my insurance money back from kayak that I spent! All in all I will never rent from this company or kayak ever again! I went with another rental company instead!!
Pros:Staff was rude, didn't give solutions or wanted to help out at all. They charge me an extra day for returning the car 30 mins late from a time they never told me I had to return the car. It's been over a month and they haven't returned the guarantee money.
Cons:Don't rent a car in Hertz.
