Pros:Terrible - the entire system was down and they could not move for 3 hours - even though I am a part of President's circle. Ridiculous. I am switching from Hertz - this with 7 others on a holiday? wow
Pros:Billy, our representative, was fantastic in helping us sort out our reservation. He is a great value to Hertz and made our trip possible. He deserves a raise for sure!
Pros:Easy rental check out. Great car.
Cons:I scratched 2 tires and rims (because of the road conditions in scotland) and was charged $500 US by Hertz. They excused it as common practice for Scotland because of tighter road safety laws but I’ve never been charged (anywhere else) for tire marks.
Cons:Check your car before you rent. Some hubcap scratches cost $100 because I didn't inspect before I rented. The employee was difficult, the location hard to reach, and they offered no assistance with finding my way in the city.
Pros:Nice car, friendly service.
Cons:Wait was too long. I have not received the scratch and marks paper upon picking up my car. The return office tried to add a scratch that was already there before pick up. That was unprofessional. Buit in Car GPS wasn't activated, I had to purchase my own.
Pros:Car upgrade due to Easter. Staff was very friendly. Car was in excellent condition.
Cons:Had to wait for about 30 mins at the airport for the pick-up of the car.
Pros:-We waited in line at the Edinburgh hertz for 2 hours. Are reservation was at 10. We arrived at 10am waited in line for 2 hours. It was a terrible experience:( would not rent from hertz again, because of this experience -Car was in great shape! -The woman at the desk in Edinburgh was super helpful!! -drop off in Glasgow was excellent

Pros:The people were incredibly nice.
Cons:1. Didn't have the car I rented. 2. Put me in something that didn't have the necessary trunk space...option of upgrading at over double the price to get something that worked. 3. Flat tire after hitting major pothole...No spare. No replacement tire in Scotland. 4. Tow to Edinburgh airport, replaced car to mid-size SUV with run-flat tires...3 times original price.

Cons:I scratched the hub cap, and needed to pay for damages (no big deal I did scratch it). Hub cap damage fee was £55. On top of that there was a £35 damage admin fee. Why does it cost almost as much for them to tell me there is a scratch as the scratch itself costs to repair?

Cons:You cancelled my reservation a week before I picked it up. I wasn't notified and was forced to get a same day booking for a rental car. It cost me hundreds more than I planned and destroyed my student budget for the month.
