Pros:Pickup and drop off at the airport was very easy.
Cons:nothing
Pros:The car was fun to drive and got great gas mileage. The staff was very friendly, Adam and another fellow.

Cons:Cigarette lighter did not work so could not use my own satnav and had to buy a map. As a rule, cars seem to be advertised as a focus / mondeo or similar and despite hiring lots of cars, I almost never receive the car that is advertised - I know the brief on this, but whole process seems a bit of a ruse. The Excess amount to be charged for a potential incident is excessive. Not very easy to see bumps / scuffs / chips etc on the car in the dark on pick-up or to be fair on drop-off.
Pros:All the enterprise employees I dealt with were very helpful and nice. They of course want to sell you extras but they backed right off when you declined. They must be quite well trained. Helpfulness and patience is what I experienced. Thank you.
Cons:After questioning Enterprise's policies concerning break-down coverage and insurance (apparently when THEIR rental car breaks down, the CUSTOMER has to pay for the towing??), the Enterprise representative became very confrontational, and got his manager. The manager explained he had to defend his employee, and refused to rent us the car. We have never felt so disrespected. Do not rent from these clowns.

The actual rental process waa great and the car was perfect. Feel a bit harrassed to leave a review afterwards though - was asked how it was at drop off, then received a call asking as well only to also send follow up emails. Bit much

Cons:They put the hard sell on you to buy there insurance, even when you already have your own and show them as much.
Cons:In order to rent an SUV, you must be 30 years old, a requirement that I've never heard of anywhere else and not mentioned during the booking process. We were forced to book from another company last minute costing us a small fortune. Asked for the manager who didn't come for 20+ minutes before we said enough and went to another company.
