Cons:I reserved a car for LAX, however, it somehow got moved to another location, fine, I took a 15 Uber to that location. The minute I walked in, you would have thought I was there for food rations. Everyone on the sign in sheet had been waiting over 1.5 hours - 2 hours. Those sitting with represenatatives were being told they didn't have cars, even though they had reservations and confirmation numbers. There were 10 people ahead of me and no chance of getting a car, so I called Hertz from the location, to cancel my order and ask for a refund. They guy was not understanding, but I thought I should at least let them know I showed up. I took an uber for my entire time in Los Angeles, as HERTZ failed my reservation. Even if there was a car there for me, I didn't have 2 hours to wait and find out, unacceptable. After filing with them, they denied my request for a refund, stating I cancelled the order. REALLY HERTZ? Check the video, the signin sheets, and the other complaints from that day. Also, this is a spot where they rent cars to Uber drivers, so their increased traffic from that is interfering with customers, they need an additional rep to deal with these business customers, like a bank. Never again Hertz, you should have refunded my money.

Pros:Let me start off by saying how much of a relaxed, chilled person I am. I don’t think I’ve ever taken the time to complain about anything before, I’ve never even sent a meal back in a restaurant but your service has really annoyed me and made me angry. You completely ruined my weekend and left me $60 out of pocket as well as wasting hours of my time.
Cons:I arrived at Hertz to find that there were zero cars available yet you happily told me my booking was confirmed and let me head on down to pickup a car. Nowhere else in the area had cars available so I was left walking around town and ultimately getting an expensive Lyft back to the city and pay for another expensive hotel for the night. You arrive is terrible and I can’t believe you allow people to think they have booked a car when in fact they haven't at all. You are happy to collect your commission without the though that your terrible service has real life implications for people and I hope you realize that. I will be chasing you for a refund in my transportation.

Pickup location DID NOT EXIST.. Reservation was automatically changed to an address on the OTHER SIDE of Los Angeles With NO Notice. Called and they refused to move the reservation to a closer location.
