There were no cars on the lot when I had a reservation. I was given a cargo van. I then tried numerous times to switch the van into a new car. The staff was not helpful and didn't go out of their way to call me or update me when I asked them to.6.0 Okay

Arrived to pick up location and car reserved for me had been given to someone else. Very poor customer service. Had to raise hell to get a car. Flies everywhere. They did give me an upgrade and car itself was nice but not a pleasant experience4.8 Mediocre

The person at the reservation counter (SAV airport) stated that she was unable to take AAA ,AARP or government discounts at the counter. She was not very helpful. Also, she did not correctly schedule my rental days in the contract. I ended up talking with a manager once I reviewed the contract terms. The manager was able to assist.National
