Pros (+) Stayed here a couple of years ago and had worst internet I'd ever had, have stayed elsewhere when in area because of it. Tried again and they obviously did an upgrade.Internet was excellent and the room was great. Ate in the bar,service and food was good.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and gracious. They gave my daughter and I, arriving very late, a room that had a location that was so quiet since we were going to sleep in the next morning. The breakfast buffet staff was very helpful.

Pros (+) The location was great - 10 minutes to Biltmore, downtown Asheville, or BBQ. Once they finish their renovations I'm sure it will look better. In fairness, they warned me when I booked the room. The room was comfortable, but the bed was too hard for my taste.
Cons (-) Stains on the carpet, bed was too hard, renovations began at 8:00 AM, elevator didn't work the first day.
