Cons (-) I have stayed at countless Hiltons's and they never make it easy to use their wifi. It should not be that hard, but once again I have to call their IT help to get connected. A second call was required to get their tv to work. I am becoming increasingly dissatisfied with Hilton

Pros (+) - Room was clean - Bed was comfortable - Staff was nice - Walking distance to downtown Asheville
Cons (-) - No water pressure in the shower. After a rough 3 day film shoot I wanted only two things. A good night sleep and a long hot steamy shower. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, but the shower was a joke. I'm not exaggerating. The water doesn't even shoot out in a straight line, it just drizzles out of the shower head. Took me about half an hour to get shampoo out of my hair. - Breakfast is n...

Pros (+) Nice hotel and good location.
Cons (-) Lots of police/fire sirens during the middle of the night. Fan in the room was very loud. I booked a king bed through Kayak and Kayak reserved us a queen room. Hotel was booked when we arrived and couldn't switch rooms. First time using Kayak... Not impressed sine I payed for a king room.
