Pros (+) Spacious bedroom, layout of room, great shower
Cons (-) Coffee was wretched. Getting a setting on the AC ...was either too hotor too cold

Anonymous, Jun 2016 - Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village Ascend Hotel Collection
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Booked the room because of the large jetted tubs and rooms, but when we checked in that was not the case. Our room was so small you could barely walk around. When we went downstairs to ask about the room we were told that there were no more rooms available. At that point, we cancelled our reservation and went to another hotel.
