Anonymous, Jul 2016 - Quality Inn Asheville Downtown Tunnel Rd
Pros (+) The location was very convenient just off of the highway and between downtown and the mall as well as many restaurants. The staff was helpful in suggesting local sites of interest. The breakfast options were adequate. The room decor seemed modern. The bathroom was roomy. There was a basic workout room. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The internet was not dependable. There was construction going on, sounded like a jackhammer starting at 7:00 am. The tub in room 107 did not drain properly. There was no pool.

Pros (+) Location, price, amenities, super comfy bed
Cons (-) The rear parking lot is very cramped and i lack confidence in some late night activity I was hearing but it was nothing to get concerned over.

Pros (+) Bed was super comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and continental breakfast is always a plus. Location was amazing because it was only 5 minutes from downtown and there were so many restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. You could even walk to the local bar.
Cons (-) Overall experience is 4 stars because the bathroom was the only thing I didn't like. There is no vent for the steam so you have to keep the door open while you shower. The shower has no ledge so a big chunk of the water gets onto the floor. Towels could only cover a small kid.
