The couch in the room was stained. For the price, the bedding and carpet could have been better. And except for Inga at the front, the customer service was mediocre.

Felt like a motel rather than hotel. Breakfast was available but not good quality. Rooms were ok but some rooms didn't have windows or after complaining of lack of window was moved to a room that looked into dumpsters. Would never stay here again.

Pros (+) The front desk lady was nice

Next am informed staff who said call Mostafo next day. Very apologetic. Next day Mostafo rudely stated I was a liar and sheets were clean Unfortunate way to treat customers!! Rest of staff and hotel was lovely. But not returning there bef...

Okay
Anonymous, Apr 2018 - Hyatt Place Washington D.C./National Mall
Pros (+) The location was good for walking to the mall and museums. The hotel itself felt new, and the rooms were fairly large.
Cons (-) We had a few issues. First, parking at the hotel is nearly $50 a night after taxes. We had no clue about this upon arrival. Our sink faucet had no water pressure on cold. Our remote to the tv was broken (they did replace). The staff in the lobby was very rude (although the gentleman at checkout was nice). Breakfast was terrible. It’s nice that the food was included in our stay, but it was not very...
