Jeff, Jul 2024 - Hyatt Regency Newport Beach
Added $40 per night resort fee for use of facilities. This is not included in the advertised room rate. Rooms were average for above average price. My first room had a wet floor that they were good about switching my room. Staff was nice and helpful. I did get the resort fee refunded but only after my complaint about my room and only because I asked about it.

The hotel was one of my favorites. It’s not far from the beaches or Disney Parks. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and staff. We spent lots of time in the pool area and really enjoy our hotel room. I would absolutely recommend to other travelers.
