Pros (+) The location was amazing and I loved that you can rent the bikes.
Cons (-) Walls seem thin, you can hear all noises from your neighboring rooms.

Pros (+) Everything was fine, clean and comfortable. No complaints.
Cons (-) Letting guests know that the rooms are cleaned every three days, so if you are staying for two nights, there is no cleaning service. I was aware of this from another Marriott location that I had used recently.

Pros (+) Nice size rooms.
Cons (-) Zero customer service. No effort made to ensure the comfort of the guest. Overall a poor experience all in the name of “COVID-19” and using that as an excuse to cut ALL services and ALL comforts.

Pros (+) Hotel staff was very friendly and always available to help. Rooms are nice and clean, the location is convenient, the spa is perfect to relax and recover.
Cons (-) Loud noise from AC on the top of main building. Had to Keep the windows closed all night.

Pros (+) The hotel grounds and the hotei layout were very nice. The pool area was great. All the staff was great, very heipfull and friendly. The food at the resturant was very good.
Cons (-) The bathroom had a strange layout making it akward to get in and out of shower. The room was not that quiet, could here other guests in there fooms.

Pros (+) Had a great time, 3 great pools, clean and comfortable room, dining and shopping an easy walk across the street, and starbucks in the lobby makes waking up easier :)

Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and most of all the staff was incredible. Were always greeted with a smile, some of the staff even knew us by name and always made it a point to say hello when we walked by.
