Pros:

They no showed. So nothing

Cons:

Anything. They not only no showed they charged my credit card $50. Which doesn’t even make sense since the rental total was $110 for a single day

I had to wait over an hour for a rental car at the rental counter. The ladies were nice enough but apparently they have no cars to rent/ had to get some pulled up from another lot. Having to wait over an hour for a rental car when you have an existing reservation is an unacceptable system failure.

The receptionist at the desk was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. My online reservation was unable to be fulfilled when arriving at the pick up site. I was told there were no availabilities and she wouldn’t even help me figure out how to get a car. It was handled very unprofessionally and it was all a waste of an hour of my time.
