Cons: When I arrived in Jackson there was a line and everyone was waiting on cars. They had no cars available for the people that had landed. When I received my car it had been washed quickly. There were hand prints on the windows and once dried the car wasn't clean. The inside wasn't cleaned well.
Pros: I didn’t rent through Kayak, which never sent me a confirmation. I ended up through Travelocity. Your site provides no way of contacting you with a problem so I’ll just use Travelocity in the future.

Pros: Pickup in Jackson, Mississippi was the easiest, smoothest, friendliest car pick up I have ever done. Drop off in Denver, CO was the same. I have had anxiety over dealing with car rental companies and I will now never switch from Alamo.

Cons: The actual car itself was quite noisy on the road with the windows down, and I almost returned it except that I ended up needing the AC more in the heat so I didn’t ride with the windows down. But what a loud, no deafening noise on the Nissan Kicks.
