Cleanliness of the room
Clean room, large & spacious. Front desk clerk pleasant, restaurants & convenience stores nearby, very quiet room considering the busy area. $44 a night for a clean bed & place to shower is a good deal. Very busy parking lot, lots of big 18 wheelers; super hard to find since sign was down-main phone number wasnt working when calling for directions. Credit card machine down so had to drive to atm nearby to get cash, even though I had reserved w credit card. What if I only had credit card & couldnt get cash?
The rooms were very clean, very quiet. Close to the downtown area, simple but enjoyable breakfast was provided. We were in town to visit family in a hospital near by so this was perfect and very convenient for us. Very simple with everything we needed. The kids were a little upset that there wasn't a pool. Also, we almost missed the street where the hotel is located. A few trees in the way but other than that it was a good night's sleep.
Poorly functioning doors and locks, leaky facilities, mold in rhe bathroom, sound on the TV was out, consistently woken an hour before intended call. Just poor overall.
Room was changed when requested Everything about the room
Beds were hard as rock and no free WiFi like most hotel had to pay 4.99 and it was super slow
easy to get to. good bed. had cable not sketchy at all.
Value for money
No fax no breakfast
Comfortable beds, Cleaning (room), Excellent cost x benefit ratio, Wifi access very affordable. No ammenities. Everyone can book at this hotel. It means you'll probably meet some weird people at the corridor.
Convienient to Shopping centers. Clean, no musty smell.
They put me on the first floor near a exit, which made it easy to get in and out of the room.
Hotel was close to the Houston amenities that we needed and a good value for the price. Very basic.
Nice staff No microwave in room, no iron, no small refrig., Bed was very hard! Lobby very very small.
The price and general location. no amenities, no clock in the room, no iron and ironing board available, no microwave available. staff was very dry, not pleasant. I will be sure to tell anyone I recommend this hotel to to make sure they have ironed clothing or clothing that travels well, and a portable clock or watch they can read in the dark if needed.
Economical, good location, helpful staff
The rooms were nice and area convenient. The staff was pleasing and information, but wasn't very professional. It was a busy night when I checked in but she could have been a little more poised and polished.
I liked the rustic them that they had going on. I didn't like the fact that all the lights where on a timer, my bath tub was dirty, and I had no hot water pressure at all. The tub was slippery, they need to put something in the tubs so people do not slip getting in or out of the tub. The night audit person was very rude, when I went to the front the next morning and informed of issues. Quote" What do you want me to do about it"... You may want your shuttle drivers to play different music, instead of RAP. Not very relaxing.
A place to stay--which was all that I was looking for anyway Almost TOO simple Wifi unreliable Shower rather rudimentary
I suppose the best thing about it was the location. It's about a mile walk to reliant stadium, which was nice for the Houston Rodeo. "Non-smoking" room smelled like pot and had cigarette burns in the comforter.
Price was cheap. Room was very large and surprisingly clean. Location was convenient. The neighborhood wasn't the best. The customer service could have been a little better (but the staff were also understaffed and poorly trained, so not necessarily their individual fault). Furnishings were sparse but adequate.
not enough parking, expensive internet access.
