The pickup was supposed to be at the Hobby Airport
Cons: The pickup location was supposed to be at the Hobby Airport in Houston. However, the address of the pickup location wasn't the airport. So, it cost me $79/day not ~$25/day.
When I picked up the car at the Enterprise location at the Hobby Airport, they said the drop off location wasn't the same as the place where I picked the car up. So, they changed the drop off location; but they didn't say the rate changed. When I turned in the car the bill was 3 times higher than I thought.
It would be great if Kayak indicated that the rent a car location was or was not at the airport.

Cons: We arrived at Houston airport where the booking was meant to be only to be told our car was in another location which was 20+ minutes away via taxi. We didn't have time to go driving around the city looking for the other 'airport' location so we cancelled it and got a car with Hertz. The booking engine needs to be really clear that even though we booked the 'airport' location, it was NOT at the airport with all the other rental facilities.

Pros: We had to wait 40 min to get service to rent the van and then to return it we waited 55 min ... There was no one at the counter to help us ... Terrible waste of time both visits .... Seriously this location needs more workers for better customer service
