Pros. We appreciated the friendliness, efficiency, and obvious caring that we experienced in all of our interactions with each member of the team.
Pros. This hotel has a unique charm to it...old, in the heart of downtown and in the middle of the Juneau party!! The suites are the way to go, otherwise you share a bathroom and shower with others. Everything is nice enough, beds are decently comfy, no frills or excess, just enough to provide for a good place to crash after your adventure filled day. Good price in comparison to other hotels in the area.
Cons. We stayed during a rare sunny & warm week in Juneau and our room was HOT!! Nothing as far as ventilation or fans to circulate air. No screens to open windows without bugs coming in.
