Pros: •Beautiful building •Wonderful and Tranquil Pools •Excellent breakfast
Cons: •Our room was too close to the road and rather dark • Shower design not practical • Check in was not of the usual standard but it could be just one person
5.7 Okay
Pros: Food, bedding, pretty design and gardens.
Cons: No spa appointments available. No TV. Not a sophisticated staff for a reasonably expensive hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Inn is beautiful and very serene.
Cons: The room had numerous shutters that were broken. One of the robes had torn belt loops and pocket. The room wasn’t made up on a timely basis. Not what I expected from a high end property.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful facilities and surrounding area. Bed is super comfy as well as the bathrobes. Room was spacious with plenty of natural light. They texted to let me know that our room was ready so we can check in early if we wanted, which was nice of them (even though it was pretty close to the regular check-in time by the time we arrived).
Cons: We were on the first floor and the ceiling has poor sound proofing. We could hear people moving around upstairs. Outside light by the entrance was too bright at night and there was no way to block it out
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Amazing staff, rooms, and grounds. Pools are open 24/7 and all are heated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property, 1 large heated pool, one smaller warming pool, and a hot tub. There is a cute pool side bar that serves drinks and snacks. Did not get a chance to check out the spa but planning to return soon to do so. We will definitely be back!
Cons: Nothing

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Very nice and clean place.
Cons: We were without electricity for large part of the stay. When I have asked explanation they told me that they were working on fixing that but in the end we stayed without electricity. No lights, we could barely wash ourselves and we couldn't have a shower because air dryer was obviously unusable. They didn't provide any form of compensation even if they told me they would have contact they manager after my checkout. For a 300$ a night stay it was the first time something like that happened to me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The large room was well located next to the creek. There was a large shower was very well suited for tall guy like me. Very peaceful grounds. The staff (Crystal, Jamie, Robin and Micah) were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The breakfast choices were not to my liking, BUT there is a great place within walking distance.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The room's setting, with it's private garden and secluded, peaceful nature, were outstanding. We loved the room's decor and style, and the huge bathroom with the soaker tub were big plusses. The breakfast and the afternoon wine and cheese reception were both great.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I am very unhappy and want a refund. I arrived and the receptionist did not even look up to say hello. She left me alone for over 15 minutes. I waited and waited. When I was finally shown to my room it was straight up steep stairs. I told her I had just had a total knee replacement as well as breaking my back and a rib but she made no effort to change me into a floor level room and when I asked for ice she let me know I would have to go downstairs and outside but then she finally resend it and copy the ice. I was shocked during the wine hour to see that they serve wine from the central valley from Modesto with screwtop’s it was ridiculous considering that they are surrounded by Tom some of the top wineries in the world. Breakfast was not as described and the coffee terrible. I am very unhappy and want a refund!
Cons: Everything see above Plus calling there no one answers the phone. You are put on hold with the same loop recording going on and on.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodations were spacious, and the design beautiful and elegant. Everything was spick and span. The front desk staff—very helpful and knowledgeable. Some nice complementary touches (for example, a wine hour). Beautiful area—wonderful places to explore within walking distance, and more a short drive away.
Cons: As beautiful as the furnishings are, they are not always very comfortable. Difficult to take a bath in the tub without drowning, and not quite possible to get comfortable in the loveseats in front of the fireplace that appear so inviting. The breakfast selection seems rather paltry.
6.0 Good
Pros: Mostly friendly staff and great location. The wine hour and breakfast were good and I had a nice bath tub.
Cons: My room looked like a dorm room from the bed. I get that it’s not exactly like a real ryokan but they still could’ve decorated a little more along the lines of the aesthetic to make it feel more welcoming. Especially with the spa. It felt weird and empty instead of cozy and comfortable. For what it was I don’t think the price matched the value. They also charged my card for the massage days later when I had paid cash. They promptly took care of the mistake though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: What an incredible place to spend a few days in the wine country. So relaxing.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Awesome hotel and the breakfast was everything you read about. We stayed in #14 for four great nights. Wonderful room. Great bed, great towels and robe. Pool and hot tub were awesome as well. Spa service was literally the best massages we’ve ever had.
Cons: Our only issue was some construction noise from across the street that started most mornings around 7am which was less than ideal but obviously out of their control. Their parking lot is small. If you have a large suv for your group be prepared, parking can be tight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we stepped foot on property we felt so taken care of. I waited for 2 years until Olea was able to rebuild their cottages to rebook our Sonoma vacation and I'm so glad I held out. The accommodations were excellent but again the attentive staff members (Kent, Gretchen) put this on another level. Breakfasts were prepared with care for my allergies and were gourmet deliciousness. The setting was at once serene and luxurious.
Cons: There was nothing to note at all negative.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, location ambiance, and staff. The breakfast is a highlight of the stay
Cons: Nothing, no complaints
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is an nicely refurbished older hotel. Very nice, very clean and very comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous! Really peaceful. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was outstanding. Kitchen/breakfast were great! Also very pet friendly, with a very fair pet charge. I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Not much.

Pros: It was a nice place, quaint with a comfortable room and a beautiful location in nature. Glen Ellen is a nice place with excellent restaurants. I liked that there was a typed sheet given me at check in with all the pertinent information on it.
Cons: In the room I stayed in, the bathroom door would swing open and hit and block the sink, but that was a minor issue. I usually just left the door closed.
7.0 Good
Pros: Surrounding area ,scenery was nice for drive out . Viniers and landscape.
Cons: Only there for the night , drove in at night. Not much to say.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: So good. Beautiful house, beautiful rooms, beautiful location. Wonderful team did an excellent job of looking after us. Delicious food using ingredients from their garden. Their wine is also delicious. An amazing place to stay and an amazing team. Really brilliant.
Cons: This is an old house, so it comes with the quirks you would expect. But they didn’t bother us at all and added to the charm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was really good, you might just add fresh bread and the option for orange juice.
Cons: I would add a bathrobe and slippers on rooms.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, the location; the patio; the jacuzzi the Mr. steam shower.
Cons: Nothing to not like; except the restaurant and oyster bar are closed because of the Coronavirus pandemic.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The shower had a steam option - amazing. Also, the room was very comfortable, but could have been cleaner, in several areas.
Cons: I didn't like the light on the bottom of the tv that stays on all night, and the tv is above the armour, so it's like having a regular light on. Also, there were hairs in the shower.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location and staff were awesome
Cons: Strange layout to the room. I would have preferred a shower with privacy. ESP since there was a jet tub in the common area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great food at the restaurant. Close to another bar for cocktails with friends after dinner. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. It was amazingly beautiful. Staff was superb. Fabulous place!!
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great!
Cons: Wishing the mattress wasn’t so squishy. Fireplace wouldn’t start but started on its own in the middle of the night. Lol
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Decor and location
Cons: No staff on site
