Pros: Breakfast was delicious. The area was peaceful and clean. The staff was so courteous. We will definitely visit again!!!
Pros: The entire staff was wonderful. My wife and I especially enjoyed our talk with the Inn Keeper, Lucy. I can not say enough about the food at the restaurant. We will definitely return.
Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like. However, hammocks out by the stream would be a wonderful addition to the property.
Pros: Our room was quaint and quiet. I loved the wood planked walls and ceilings. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons: The bathroom was a little small for two people, but it was very clean and well appointed. The only other problem was that our visit for one night was way too short!

Cons: I had a hard time working the TV remote during the few minutes to just sit in the room. At no fault to Todd and Joy, the courthouse alarm went off and it took the alarm company 2 hours to shut it off...
Pros: It was so cozy and cute. We had friends come and visit and it was the perfect homey atmosphere to gather and enjoy good company.
Pros: I loved the old victorian style, like stepping back in time
Pros: The room was clean and confortable
Cons: The hotel appeared closed when we got there with only a phone number to contact the owner and as we had no American phone with us we couldnt contact him. Although we did arrive early for check in it ...

Pros: Nice rooms, helpful staff and delicious food. Wonderful weekend getaway. Great back deck to sit on and enjoy coffee or happy hour.
Cons: The hotel has several outdoor cats. They use one lovely balcony as a cat space. You couldn't sit out there unless you wanted to be covered in cat fur. There beds and everything were on this deck. I didn't care for this and felt it should be disclosed. Many people have allergies to animals. I will add I never saw the cats in the premises.

Cons: See above
Pros: The staff was so friendly!! They were all very attentive.
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was below par. Was promised a room with refrigerator but was not provided.
Pros: Really the only thing I liked about this hotel was its location. In Toccoa there isn't much to choose from except a motel which appears to be pretty shady appearing. Otherwise, there's a nice bed-and-breakfast in town.
Cons: None of the common areas where air-conditioned. Once you left your room, you were in a moist, hot environment. Even though the carpet appears to have been replaced in the not-too-distant future, there was a musty smell throughout. The room was "non-smoking" but smelled of dank, old smoke. Someone had been smoking in the common areas. The bed was very uncomfortable. This sheets seemed old.
Even though we didn't pay much for the room, approximately $86 after taxes, it was still overpriced.
Pros: The shower pressure was good.
Cons: This hotel is not clean and needs to be repainted. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were stained.
Pros: The hotel is great for those visiting the college in the Toccoa area. The staff was very accommodating. My requests were taken care of immediately. It was a great experience.

Cons: The restaurant is just bad. Soup with floting oil on it, lots of it. Steak was the worst i ever had and vegtables were overcooked and too old to eat. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms just outdated and mold etc...
Pros: The property and views were beautiful! We enjoyed the short nature trail to the waterfall. The spa was nice!
Cons: The hot tub, sauna, and steam room are seperate for men and women- so the only common area in the spa is the indoor pool (we went for our anniversary so that was a little disappointing)! The biggest ...
Pros: The staff was accommodating despite overall disasters popping up around the property and within their organization.
Cons: Not a very nice room. Reminded me a of a motel 6. Spa facilities were dated and didn't have that relaxing clean spa smell. Pool was not open due to some extenuating circumstances.

Pros: nearby many stores,conveniet
Cons: Bathroom remained cold as it had no individual heater and the room heater did not heat it up enough.
Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Stayed 2 night. The room was not cleaned in the morning, i had to ask ffor some towels. My bottle opener was stolen.
Pros: Other than close to dining not much to like here.
Cons: disappointment. Property not in good condition. Owner cant put the phone down during check-in, really?. No coffee pot in room? Come on. A small foil pack for shampoo and conditioner? That's cheap...

Cons: Room was clean but carpet and furniture was worn bad and beat up looking.
Pros: The room was large and very clean. Adequate lighting. The sink and vanity were separate from the shower which I prefer. It appeared to have updated furnishings. It was very quiet and off the road enough to not hear much road noise. There were several excellent restaurants close by.
Cons: We had to stay in a smoking room which we knew that going in but the room was saturated in smoke smell.
I had some items set aside next to our things on the dresser that were nowhere near a trash can but one of the cleaning staff threw them away while we were away from the room that day. These items had receipts in them that we needed from the trip.
