Pros. The bartender was very helpful in getting us food after the mix up we had with timing on the restaurant. The pool area was clean and the location is very convenient when traveling along to 10! The front desk staff the day we arrived helped us in finding an HDMI cord although he didn't seem very happy about it.
Cons. We called ahead and cancelled our reservation and made another one for the day following due to some road trip problems. I was told it was all settled and there were no problems with the change. A few days after our stay I was charged for both days. They did not cancel the day I requested and I was charged a no show fee. When I called in they refunded the money but in still waiting for it to hit my account and after a long road trip, this has hurt my account after a long road trip! We called before arriving asking when room service ended. We were told 10pm. Great! We wanted to hit the hot tub before it closed at 10 as we had a long drive (13 hours). Get to the hotel and room service is closed. Luckily the bartender helped us downstairs! The room above us was either playing hop scotch or the floors are very thin. We also reserved this hotel because the site stated a complimentary breakfast! Convenient for a road trip across the country! But everything for breakfast had a charge.
Pros. Very clean and modern. We had dinner and drinks both were good and bartender was friendly. Front desk girl was very sweet.
Cons. Pillows suck!!! Only real complaint need better pillows.
Pros. Very comfortable room, shower was refreshing, bed was firm and relaxing after a full days travel.
