Alot of chlorine in thw pool. The fumes were overwhelming

Only 2 out of 4 elevators worked. It was very busy. At least 3 times we could not get on the elevator because too many people were on.

I like the convenience of the hotel.

I did not like that the pool closed at 9 am. I also did not like that the ice machine was broken and no microwave for heating up leftovers. I did not get a king smoking room I had to settle for a doubble queen room far from the romantic weekend.

I spent a little extra on this hotel because it got good reviews and I will pay a little more for quality. I was grossly disappointed with this hotel. We pulled in, and were literally the only car in the hotel parking lot - and it was midnight. There was no hot water for a shower in the room so we suffered through freezing cold showers. When we checked out, we told them about the cold water and they just made a bunch of excuses as to why the water was cold without any apologies or reimbursement. A truly poorly managed hotel.

Being able to bring my pet was a major bonus. We didn't have to worry about leaving our dog alone and the rooms were very clean and spacious! The staff was very friendly and courteous and the breakfast in the morning was awesome!

The beds were a little bit too hard

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Hotel rooms were clean.

Had trouble getting into our rooms our keys didn't work so the lady had to give us a new set of keys. We told the lady at the front desk that it was probably the door and if its possible to just switch our rooms. She refused and gave us new card to try and that one didn't work. Our stuff was locked in the room the lady had to come up to our room and try it herself and it wouldn't work so she had to go back downstairs to get this machine thing that opens the doors but she couldn't see what she was doing because she didn't have her glasses so my friend had to help her smh worst experience ever eventually we were able to get into the room and they gave us new room. I map quest the address to see how far foxwoods was it said it was 10 minutes away but it was more like 20 minutes.

My kids really enjoyed breakfast and cookie time. Our room was very cute! It was definitely a better experience that what we expected from Quality Inn.

Nice room layout, pet friendly, convenient to interstate, good breakfast.

Location to town and attractions was not as depicted by site location at booking. Carpeting had sticky spots and smelled of dirty gym clothes. Poor soundproofing compared to other hotels we've stayed at, especially on this trip.

The complimentary breakfast was extensive and the staff was diligent in keeping all of the offerings replenished. The suite was large and very comfortable. We would stay again in the future

Love the location next to Mystic Diner for breakfast. Close to downtown Mystic; Seaport; and Aquarium. Had a very late arrival. Room was held. Woman at front desk very pleasant. Room was clean.

We couldn't sleep at all since the gutter was broken in front of the room and water was pouring down in front of the room. It was also dripping in the room.

Room was better than expected for money we paid. Room was very clean and queen beds were comfortable.

The staff/service is terrible. We booked the shuttle to a casino for 930pm but when we arrived 5 minutes early they left us while claiming the people from our room had already boarded the shuttle. They had no way of verifying and making sure the right people boarded. My girlfriend had to wait in -2 degree weather for th next shuttle. Also there's breakfast until 11am amd we arrived at 1055 to get something quick to eat for the ride back and they said it had already closed. Why say it's opened until 11am but close earlier than the advertised time. Entire staff and manager seemed unorganized and unprofessional.

The casino shuttle and waffle maker in the morning make this place! Less then half what you pay to stay at foxwoods. I'd definitely go back.

The room was very large. We had a fridge and microwave, both of which worked well. Easy checkout from the room.

Walls too thin. I could hear every word my neighbors said. Whirlpool was a disappointment. Jets in unusual places.

The fact that this place is very clean and comfortable all throughout...makes me definitely want to come back. I travel alot and very rarely seen places like this. My room was very clean, we even had a nice sized jacuzzi in it.The fitness center was decent, and the full breakfast in the morning was completely AWESOME! One downside,10 min from the casino. .Nevertheless,its location is still prime. Only 3 min away from Mystic Seaport area. This is my first post about any property,i spoke with their staff,who are so nice,who make you want to come back. just had to say something, it was that good.

Great value! Reception desk staff greeted me as I was still approaching the desk. Professional hospitality, great facility, in great condition, in a fantastic location. Would definitely return.

The size if the room was perfect. The bed was very comfy. It was a short distance to both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. The Mystic Aquarium was with in walking distance as was the Old Mystic Plaza. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend it to a friend.

We did not like that there wasn't a shuttle, car service or limo service to the Casino Resorts. For the price this feature should be included as well as a free Continental Breakfast.

Beautiful room with a couch! Bed was so comfortable that we slept in and missed breakfast. Excellant shower pressure!

Wish breakfast ran later than 9am. No microwave in the room. Shower room with toilet was a bit tight getting in and out. Not very many TV channels and TV kept shutting off by itself after about an hour and half.

Loved the clean and spacious room. Bathroom was immaculate! Staff was friendly and very helpful too. Perfect getaway with my daughter. It can be tought to please an 18 year old girl but my daughter loved the Hyatt. The 2 of walki Misquamicut beach every winter and then spend the night at the Hyatt. Already looking forward to next year!

we ordered room service and it was late....not sure the eggs were eggs either, suspected they were egg substitute or eggs in a carton or some such thing. more creamers needed for coffee....television sounds travelled from neighboring rooms....would have preferred an included continental breakfast in the dining area.

The deeply engrained smell of cigarette smoke in the room. When I asked for a new room, they said no. Pretty sure all the rooms are smoking, so there was no reason to switch.

"Continental Breakfast" was coffee and cereal. Half of electrical outlets in room didn't work. Water in bathroom backwards - hot instead of cold & vice versa.

close to casinos ,breakfest area looks clean and breakfest is of decent quality.

Hotel neeeds general updating ,the hallways show heavy sigs of deteoriation and poor maintenace.The bathirooms have poor maintenance ,apliances in rooms look beat up and should be replaced.the beds are ok but general cleanliness could be improved.

Was apprehensive because of negative reviews but what a pleasant surprise! Rooms large and clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast included. Shuttle to Mohegan was on time and driver super courteous! First time staying here but not our last. Hotels closer to Mohegan were double the price and accommodations are not that much nicer; we know because we have stayed there before. Be sure to check on the shuttle before you book as we were told that it is not always a guarantee that the shuttle is running which surprised us as it stated that there is a Friday, Saturday shuttle.

Actually, no complaints but breakfast should include instant oatmeal and bananas; that would have made my stay absolutely perfect!

The sink is in the room not in the bathroom wich is un comfortable.

The bed was comfortable

The hotel was old and needed a lot of upgrades to the building and rooms. Ceiling had water stains, carpet was grungy, the microwave was broken and would not stop ticking like a timer (super annoying), the a/c was loud and old. Cosmetically needed a ton of work. The pictures online were deceiving and made the hotel seem cleaner and more updated than it actually was.

For the price my wife and I really enjoyed the rooms and the breakfast. It was a short drive to the casino which we didn't mind at all too

Bedroom ok for the money, bathroom fan too noisy.

Common areas dated, dirty and smelly; graffiti in elevator. Room key card neede re-programming each night of stay.

I did not like anything besides free parking on site.

Dirty pillow sheets, and towels! They both still had makeup on them and hair. Lighting fixtures didn't work, beds were uncomfortable, carpet had stains on them. There was an overwhelming musky smell throughout the motel hallways and it lingered in the rooms. I have a strong feeling this place houses homeless families, and there was a bunch of loitering throughout the parking lot and hallways. The mirror in my room had graffiti carved into the wood frame. Ugh just over all a terrible terrible excuse of a motel. Very disappointed you would think a motel chain was decent, this place is just disgusting I felt cleaner sitting in my car after checkout. I only paid $52 for the night after taxes but even that was pushing it for this place.

Very bad service by the housekeeping staff, beds were unclean

The room smelled awful. We had to buy a can of room freshener. The furniture was warn. They didn't provide any breakfast other than coffee. If you had a room on the second floor there was no elevator.

Other then the bathroom having rust stains in the tub, and the smell of smoke when we first walked in,it was clean.

convenient location and worth the price...not a family type hotel since there's no pool, game room, microwave, fridge (in our room at least) but i went with my wife and it was all we needed. i would stay again. In fact we ended up booking a room later the day we check out because we stayed a little later than expected.

it's a bedroom. instead of having micro fridge and microwave in all rooms they charge more for rooms with them...however there were none of those rooms available. they should maybe just get some. There nothing above an okay bed.(i would not say it was uncomfortable) shower and tv.
