My experience was awful.😞 I booked online, but the agent at Enterprise canceled my reservation because I didn’t confirm my reservation. I normally book through Alamo and they hold my reservation.

Pros:

The staff was very pleasant to work with. I like the fact that I was able to get another vehicle instead of the first assigned vehicle that is not trust worthy for long distance traveling.

Cons:

Options for vehicles should be considered. Explain how to navigate vehicle before leaving the lot.

Didn’t like anything had to cancel because they wanted to see a physical card even though everything was paid for in advance and I had id …I was waiting on a replacement card in the mail and used Apple Pay when I booked it …I don’t understand why they needed my card again even tho every fee was paid they couldn’t tell me why either…had to cancel and lost out on a 100 dollars ended up using Turo way better experience

Drop off was easy. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The radio in our car didn't work so we called the main number. Woman told us to call the local rental agency and gave us two numbers, neither of which worked. We tried to use the bluetooth and stream music, but that didn't work either. We stuck it out with the car but no radio makes for a long ride.
