Location 1) Staff, 2) Lack of A/C capacity for size of room, 3) Difficulty in internet connection, 4) Uncomfortable rustic furniture. 5) Alarm clock did not work and the front desk did not offer to replace it.

Good location in an interesting and friendly town, nice staff, AC worked well and not too loud. Room not very clean, outside ashtrays not cleaned, swallow nests in outside corridors, marginal breakfast; cold eggs, no waffle batter, stale cereal, bad coffee. Intermittent WiFi.

The rooms were suites which was nice. Yes, I reserved a non-smoking room, but we were put in a smoking room. I came to town from Cleveland to meet my two kids. We went on to San Antonio after staying in Llano.

The room was nice, decor and layout. Pretty roomy for not a lot. the breakfast only had cereal apples and bread in a bag the waffle machine was broken wifi didn't work toilet paper roll dispenser in bathroom was broken and the pool was closed :/
