Avis charged $200 for security. I returned the car safely and perfectly the same day. Now they want to keep my $200 for up to two weeks. Ridiculous!

I had to wait over 30 minutes for my vehicle to be ready. I also reserved an 8 seat van but only received a 7 seat van. It was too late to try and find another van.

No one was there at counter when I arrived. 1-800 number was unhelpful. Had to rent with another company. I won’t use budget again.

I waited for an hour and 20 minutes when I gave up just before midnight. There were 10 people in line total. Didn’t get my car and got a hotel.

Size and price we’re good. When returning car there were no slots for hertz and no employees there at the time. So we took a chance and just left it in another rental car slot.
