Pick up /drop off, easy as pie. The car was awesome.the thing that stood out most....the two ladies that work there, they couldn't have been kinder. I was in a bad mood(nothing to do with y'all!) And they brightened my day right on up! I will ABSOLUTELY be back!. Thank you.

Honestly, the only thing is location . The airport here is a little far out. Nothing you can do about that !! Worth it though!

Only problem was just with the car was with the automatic lights button the tail lights didn't work at night another vehicle had to let me know they was not on but once the full lights was in the on position the tail lights came on

Pros:

Enough space for me and my husband's luggage. The most inexpensive of all the other cars we saw online.

Cons:

There was no one at the counter when we arrived so waited for quite a bit, about to 20-30 mins, to pick up the rental. Also, the lady seemed a bit annoyed that we came to pick up the car earlier than reserved. However our plans changed last minute. Lastly, in the rental after we had already left Macon the oil change light came on and the car wasn't running the greatest. Definitely a big turn off considering we were driving to Fort Lauderdale.

Cons:

They call me the day I was supposed to pick up the SUV and told me they didn't have one in and they would call me when they get one keep in mind I suppose have picked up the vehicle on Friday and it's Sunday and I still haven't heard nothing from them. That's very unprofessional. So in other words I never recieved the Vehicle.

Cons:

The best I can say about the Chevy van is AWFUL! When I made reservation for van it was a picture of a Ford Transit. Went and test drove one (used Transit) ride and space a 1000 times better. Chevy was cramped noisy in every seat. If you can't produce just Don't show picture!

Cons:

Key fobs were extremely difficult to separate! On metal wire loop with metal pinched ends that didn’t open. Asked attendant how to separate, she didn’t know! Took 30 min using garden shears to break apart. Not good!

Pros:

Even though I reserved an economical car, I was told when I arrived that I could either take a huge SUV or wait hoping the next day might bring something better. I had reserved the vehicle for the day I needed it, not the day before I needed so I was stuck. Fuel costs and parking were an issue for the entire trip.

Cons:

The service was horrible. This was my first and last time with Enterprise.

Pros:

No drop box access on Saturday when we attempted to return the vehicle. After driving back from North Georgia there was no place to return the key as Macon Airport was closed.

Cons:

Needed drop box access. Location closed at Macon Airport when we returned with no place to leave key on Saturday evening. Had to return next day. Major inconvenience plus customer service upon calling to seek a solution after hours was not impressive.

I was able to choose the exact car I wanted and was even able to reserve a cooler and boogie board to use for the week. The car was in like-new condition. The free shuttle was convenient, fast and the drivers were nice. The location was a little bit further from the airport, but it wasn't a problem.

It was the first time we rented via Turo, so I don't have a good base reference to compare in general, and can only compare to car rental experiences with commercial fleets (like Budget or Enterprise). In general it was okay -- we made it to where we were going and back, with no major issues. It's doable. However, there were some "surprises" where things didn't quite got as we expected: * We made rental reservation with expectation that we're picking up at the airport. When we got there, it turned out that the car is not at the airport, and the address given to us turned out to be what seemed to be Portland's airport Fire Rescue Tower (where, obviously, we can't even walk to or be at). We called the owner, and turned out that the car is at some house that's "not far" from the airport, and gave us new address. So additional expense of taking Uber/Lyft to get to the car (and apparently that address exists in two neighboring towns, and somehow Uber/Lyft took us first to the wrong one, so we had to take another ride, but that's not a Turo issue, just more expense as a consequence of car not being at the airport as promised). * When we got there, we called the owner to get the keys: "-- Keys are under front door's floormat. -- Nope, they're not there. -- Then try mailbox? -- Yes, they're there." The owner wasn't there, which is okay to do this all remote, but would be nicer if owner was in general "on top of things" such as where the car is and where it is expected to be picked up, where exactly are its keys, etc. * Then owner requested that prior to return we take the car to be washed and cleaned inside and out. We neither planned on looking for car detailing places in Portland, nor for time that it would take away from sightseeing, nor for extra substantial expense it would be. We pushed back and the owner backed off saying that he'll let it go due to confusion with pickup location (and apparently he didn't send some email that he was supposed to send, or something along those lines). * And while the car wasn't too dirty, it wasn't clean to begin with (which made detailing request that more amusingly odd). Crumbs on floor and seats and luggage compartment. Worst part was that windshield was dirty on the inside that was minor unpleasant at daytime, but as driving progressed into night time, it was quite significant as it was blurring lights and affected visibility substantially. * We also added additional driver thru Turo and let the owner know. The owner requested that we send him picture of drivers license directly to him. We refused (as it didn't seem right, given that Turo is the one that manages that aspect) and he backed off. * Of course, additional expense of Uber/Lyft after return drop-off as we weren't dropping it off at the airport as originally planned. So all in all we probably spent additional $50-60 in Uber/Lyft for getting to and from cars location instead of it being in the airport, and lost about 3+ hours for dealing with additional unplanned travel. The rest was okay. Car drove fine and didn't give any problems.
