Pros. Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons. As an older hotel I understand you can only do so much, but it would be nice if the hallway noise level could be controlled.
Pros. The location and facilities are excellent. The staff, especially the front desk personnel, were greatāvery helpful and knowledge.
Cons. Noise from other rooms and service vendors is a bit distracting in the evening. Breakfast in the restaurant is very nice but formal. it would be nice to also a venue that is simpler and more low key without the white linens
