Pros: The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to talk to you and ensure you were happy with your stay. The beds were comfy and the facilities were very tidy and clean.
Cons: The lack of powerpoints in the rooms made it hard for multiple people to use the powerpoints at once. The shower pressure in the female showers was very poor and made it hard to have a shower.

7.5 Good
Pros: The bed was the most comfortable I have ever seeped in and had such a great variety in the mini bar
6.3 Good
Cons: We were disappointed in that with hiring a 2 bedroom apartment there was no kitchen facility , only a tea and coffee station, not even a toaster. Also there was no comfortable sitting area within the apartment, there was a lounge downstairs but only 2 dining chairs ib the apartment. We didn't find this a comfortable place to stay for older guests.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was exceptional and the whole apartment smelt and felt clean. Beautifully decorated and the massive bath/spa was amazing after a day at the snow. Probably the best located apartment in Mansfield.
Cons: There’s not a lot we didn’t like. The only let downs were the music from the pub across the road on sat night, made it a little less relaxing when it came to sleep time. Also, for someone who wanted to stay more than a few nights there wasn’t too many places to unpack your bags however the room was big enough to pop them out of the way at least.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room and bathroom were spacious and nicely presented. Despite being in the centre of town, it was very quiet due to double glazing, and nicely warm.
Cons: A channel number guide for the tv would have been helpful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful and the bed was delightful!
Cons: The bath robes were not very comfortable

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Studio was clean and had all the amnesties required for a short stay, staff were gentle and helpful. Location is great, close to shops & restaurants, 45-1 HR to Mount Buller, all the major buse services to Buller stops here. Ski hire facilities available. People seems to complain about showers in other reviews, We felt it was alright. All the hired stuff from Ski Hire were in good condition and spotless clean.
Cons: On the expensive side as there are limited recreational facilities in the resort. No body would know of the Games room, kind of non existent. Children’s play area is okayish. Can’t comment about pool or spa as we did not use. Ski hire prices are also high I believe.

Cons: Water pressure was a bit weak.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and very friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was actually surprised at how nice the room was, given the age of the hotel. It has clearly been updated, though the presence of a tiny CRT TV in the bathroom (for watching while in the spa) made me giggle. Bed was very comfy and the facilities in the hotel are great, although as I was visiting family in town I hardly used anything.
Cons: I would have liked if cooked breakfast was available for individuals, not just groups. They do however have breakfast packs (cereal etc) available and some hot food is available from the counter where the groups get their ski gear.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Have all the necessities.
Cons: Kind of old. Game room is not quite clean, shower was not working properly. Rooms was not serviced daily ( such as dish washing powder, coffee, etc were not supplied daily)

Pros: The pool and sauna.
Cons: No breakfast bistro when we were there unfortunately.

5.5 Okay
Pros: Central location. Next door to mansfield coffee merchants, best coffee in town.
Cons: Noisy, as expected. Bar directly downstairs didn't close until midnight.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We arrived late after a day on the snow, the staff were very friendly & accommodating. The rooms and shared bathroom were super clean. Loved the individual shower rooms. Easy access from the secure Carpark area to the accommodation via rear steps so we didn't have to go through the pub with our child. We've had dinner in the restaurant on a previous visit & would highly recommend it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A friendly welcoming country pub. Just a delight all round
Cons: Nothing. You don’t book here for 5 star “ luxury “ . You come because you want a bunk room on the way to the snow,a Parma with a really good Delatite red and a Barman who has more dad jokes than me. Gold.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the location was great!
6.8 Good
Pros: Price, location and bistro.
Cons: No running hot water was a major issue! Staff members were also extremely rude.

Pros: Location good. Simple room was fine. Beds comfortable.
Cons: Not hot water in shower. Power points not working in room. And noisy outside over night from something like a generator.

Cons: One really small thing.....it’s so thoughtful and convenient to provide coffee, tea, milk, cereal, toaster and condiments. It would be great to be able to have a slice of bread even at a cost.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Unfortunately we arrived a little late to really appreciate everything the property had on offer. We used the room as a place to stay before heading up to Mt Buller the next morning. We were very happy with the room and the facilities. Beyond the bathroom being a little cold, we couldn’t fault anything. Highly recommend.
