Pros: Everyone who we encountered was very friendly and very helpful! The manager who checked us in got us into a room before 12pm, when check-in was at 3pm, which was extremely helpful for our situation! I has a maid offer to help me with my bags, which I thought was way over and above anything I would have expected from her!
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like :)

Cons: breakfast was inedible , food was stale , cheap, and sugary. There was a dog that barked as I passed by the room , and though it stopped after about 15 seconds, I do not think animals should be in hotel rooms.
Pros: The hotel room was clean. All the usual stuff, nothing missing or dirty. Nice stiff bed.
Cons: Small room. Very small bathroom. Single ply toilet paper? Ugh. Did I mention it was a small room? Felt like a Motel 6.
Pros: A/C great, breakfast good, staff very helpful.
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable, but that's par for the price.
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean , nice sized rooms . Comfortable. Would stay here again! And recommend.
Pros: Clean room, beds comfortable.
Cons: Water adjustments in tub

Pros: We only needed a place to crash for a night while on a road trip, and it was a perfect fit. Comfy beds, easy access to the highways and surface roads, and felt safe.
Cons: The Sausage gravy that was served with breakfast was pretty meh. However in the grand scheme of things, it certainly doesn't really matter.
Pros: Staff very pleasant.
Cons: Other dogs poop outside not picked up when I walked my dog. Best have a place for bags to pick up poop.
Cons: The bed was a little old.
Cons: The room smelt like urine in some areas.

Pros: Staff was engaging, polite & helpful to me as well as other guests.
Cons: thought the breakfast could have been better with a couple more options plus fresh fruit
Pros: close to where I needed to be. easy to find.
Cons: thin walls and hard beds
Pros: Fine hotel and room, but there was no breakfast.
Cons: They advertised breakfast, but there was no breakfast.
Cons: Cleanliness of room
Pros: I am very picky and was really pleased with this hotel.
Pros: The room was great but the air conditioner wast cold enough my husband was the only one who complained. I was happy
Cons: No the room was awesome
Cons: The breakfast was not well cared for.
Pros: The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was nice.
Pros: Need new beds and more blankets on bed in winter
Cons: Obviously used to be a motel 6. Very small and dirty and roo.s stunk real bad. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Had to have my key re-made every day because they didn't seem to know how to get it right for a 5 nights stay.

Pros: Room with a comfortable bed, desk, fridge, and microwave.
Cons: On a busy street with lots of noise and if you try to walk around area, be ready for panhandlers.
Pros: It was clean, had a microwave, and mini fridge. Very basic room with decently comfortable bed, table with chairs, and TV with satellite. The location was good--close to many restaurants, a CVS, and a Walgreens. The staff were nice.
Cons: The breakfast was tang, cereal, and packaged pastries. I can't drink milk so I didn't eat the cereal (obviously not the fault of the hotel--many motels/hotels do not carry milk alternatives). Just know that breakfast is very very basic. However, the value of the hotel was still worth it.
Pros: The beds they were awsome.
Cons: It was all good.
Pros: The Price was reasonable compared to other motels in the area, but still expensive for what was offered.
Cons: I didn't like the decor, it was cheap, mismatched and unpleasant color choices on walls. Peach, brown and Dark Red trim. Mismatched microwave and refrigerator. Furniture was not clean and sparse. Flooring; two different tile floors, as carpet was replaced with tile and instead of continuing the floor tile through to the bath. They saved a few dollars and kept the old tile in the bath. Shower curtain too short. Walls and back of bath door showed dirt, hand prints and scuff marks. Breakfast consisted of orange drink, coffee, cereal and wrapped danish with two tiny uninviting tables set aside in their tiny office. Broken spring in our bed. The exterior of the building gives the impression of a well maintained facility. New neutral colored paint, soap and water, softer towels and new appliances would give this place a decent facelift that would give the owner the ability to raise their prices a little for a return. The place was full, again the cheapest price and facility looks nice from the outside. Once your in, they don't care, is what the impression I got, by the care of the rooms. Some unsolicited advice from a landlord. WiFi, was down a lot, due to the overload of users. Strong connection in the early morning and when we first arrived as the motel was still empty for a couple of hours.
Not a place I would come back to. I have been avoiding America's Best Value brand hotel/motels on my continued trip this week as I'm traveling around Northern California for the week and staying at different hotels.
Cons: Ice machine didn't work. We needed help to get TV to work. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros: Staff was friendly and courteous. Hot tub in the room was pretty cool
Cons: No microwave or refrigerator. Bed sheets smelled funny, bed sheets didn't fit the bed properly and there was a weird stain on the mattress.
Cons: They gave us a room that was more like a conference room. There were long tables stacked against one wall. stacks and stacks of chairs against another. The bed was a mattress sitting on the floor and because they were in the middle of remodeling, the entire room reeked of paint. We got our money back and went across the street to the Comfort Inn.
Cons: We booked a smoking room with two queen beds. Upon arrival we were told that we had a non-smoking room with two double beds. When we pointed that out we were told that they do not have smoking rooms and they only have double beds. Also that this "mistake" was the fault of the booking agent, that "they" were constantly messing up the bookings.
The room itself was run down with dirty and damaged furniture. The motel appears to be nothing more than a local hangout. While the daytime person tried to make amends and was very pleasant, the night time crew did absolutely nothing to resolve any issues.
Pros: Close to downtown Yuba City. Great highway access. We stayed there while attending a Luke Bryan Concert. Not a far drive to the concert so that was great.
Pros: Price was right.
Cons: There was hair in the shower and we hadn't taken a shower yet. Paint was peeling in the bathroom, pool was green. The complementary breakfast was coffee and danish. We won't be staying at a Lexington Inn & Suites again. We don't think it has been maintained for some time.
Pros: Nothing, completely disgusting
Cons: Worst hotel experience ever!! First 20 min the hotel was surrounded by cops.. Then 5 min later I was approached by a prostitues.. Needless to say, I packed my things and left !! Do not stay here! I'd rather sleep in my car.

Cons: Noisy hotel right next to a busy street. Front desk dont speak english at all. No coffee until 8am
Pros: The staff at the front desk were great. Very friendly and accommodating, especially for a Motel 6. There wasn't an actual security guard on site but the hotel staff kept a good eye on the whole lot and were quick to run off loiterers/panhandlers.
Cons: Room wasn't very clean, there were ants coming in from the wall where the trim/baseboard had been completely removed leaving large cracks along the whole wall, and neither the deadbolt nor latch-lock worked.
Cons: Bedspreads were stained and unattractive, overall did not get welcoming feeling at all
Pros: clean bathroom
Cons: Poor hotel experience. No amenities to speak of. Most unfriendly staff ever experienced at any hotel.
When I arrived at 3:30 am, I rang the service bell. The manager was in what looked like boxer shorts he looked as if he just woke up. Crawled out of bed. The doorway from which he came was dark. He checked me in. I went to my room there were bugs in the tub. No restaurant. Like the website stated. Horrible customer service
Pros: The bed. It was comfy.
Cons: I would have to say I was dissatisfied with the hotel, the service, and the overall stay.
A very good manager and the good condition of the rooms and property made it a very nice surprise for a Motel 6.
Pros: Clean, good beds and pillows, and a good air conditioner!
Cons: No breakfast, which is expected for a two star.
Pros: It was clean and conveniently located.
Cons: Mattress uncomfortable. Air conditioner load.
Cons: Horrible customer service. Stayed there three times in three different rooms and they all had some thing wrong this time the tv was broken last time it was the toilet before that the air conditioner
An OK property that would be improved if they would screen the windows and keep cockroach bait in the rooms.
Pros: The location was what I needed and it was clean except for one problem.
Cons: I was greeted by a very large cockroach or insect when I entered the room. I managed to kill it and did not see another. The bathroom was a bit smelly. There was no screen on the bathroom window, so I could not use it for ventilation.
Cons: Would like to know about the extra charges per person BEFORE getting to the motel. Your site listed that extra charges may apply (ie extra beds, pets, etc) but I was not expecting to pay additional fees in order to sleep in the same bed as my husband.
Pros: I can't believe this is a motel 6???!!! Very nice, new! I didn't wana leave. Staff was beyond nice and helpul.
Cons: . The only ithing I could kinda b*tch about is the parking lot and spaces are kinda cramped but hey you'll be in ur nice room not the car!
Beds were CLAIMED to be Queen, but were twin!
Pros: At least I got a room for the night.
Cons: Beds were CLAIMED to be Queen, but were twin!
