Pros: Room was quite spacious. Bathroom was one of the best we've seen for this class of hotel.
Cons: We asked to be moved to a room with from a King room to a room with two beds. We were told this could not be done without a big rise in price, and then that the attendant would need to speak to a supervisor about this change. They never got back to us.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The variety at breakfast was good. The pool was an adequate size. I loved the balcony by the pool!
Cons: The whole hotel was way to crowded. Breakfast was elbow to elbow. We waited over HALF AN HOUR for a damn elevator and the poor staff was waiting longer because the service elevator was down. We never got our drinks at night because the lines were ridiculous!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Happy hour
Cons: The eggs
5.8 Okay
Cons: I asked for early check in days ago. Didnt happen. Theres no where to park until you check in. The manager was supposed to text us and let us know when our 3 rooms where ready. Text the first one said it was ready but not the other two. I never got my text saying the room was ready. I have 3 kids and thought I could check in around 12. Didnt get to check in until 3. Also there should be a warning sign telling people that to the left it's really bad and ghetto and not to walk down there maybe. Guy tried to rob us last night. Horrible experience over all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the balcony but you had to go through the pool to get to it and it didn't open til 9:00am. It was so pretty and peaceful & had a nice view of arch and river.
Cons: It was so very crowded and the breakfast buffet was not well maintained or cleaned on Sat & Sun. We were told on the elevator on Sat night not to go to the pool because it was so packed he couldn't get in.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, location was great. Pricing....i was way over charged from what I had booked the room at, I brought it to the front desk's staff and he price matched it but so far my card hasnt reflected the change
Cons: The 530 kick back was way too busy. We went to get food and we came back and our table had others sitting at it and our drinks were dumped
4.3 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. Plentiful, organized and tasty
Cons: The room was WAY overpriced!! This was no more than a standard sized room with standard amenities. This was an "inside" room. Our window faced an inside area open to several floors and very near elevators on several floors. Every time one of the elevator doors opened, it would "ding." The hotel was quite full and for many hours in the evenings, the "dinging" would happen some 6-8 times each minute!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view by the pool
Cons: Limited drink selection
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We love staying here when we come to town for Cardinal games. The only downfall this trip was that the game was at 6:15 and the evening kickback doesn't start until 5:30. This is too late for us to be able to participate and get to game. So we have to pass up our drinks and food, which we were really bummed about. The price of the rooms are so high too! We can only afford one night this year!
Cons: See above! I didn't follow directions!
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very good plus by having the 5:30 kickback for dinner it really made the hotel price very reasonable
Cons: The elevator situation
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Having the evening food bar as well as a delicious, hot breakfast was wonderful and very convenient.Nice comfortable beds and hot showers as well as elevators that you didn't have to wait too long for.It was a close walk to Busch Stadium as well as the arch.David checked us in and gave us tips on how to navigate around downtown. He was there the next morning and helped us with directions.A valuable employee to this location.Add in delicious hot coffee, soda machine and freshly popped popcorn and it added up to a perfect get away. This hotel is ideal for families with children!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent price, proximity to local attractions.
Cons: Morning smell from the hot breakfast was a bit greasy of a aroma throughout the whole lobby that was enough to make you nauseated and clothes smell of grease if you were in the lobby for mor than 10 min in the morning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to notable sites was great.
Cons: Can’t recall anything disliked.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Always a very pleasant stay at Moonrise. Staff always extremely friendly.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful inside the building. Right in the center of all the museums and the zoo, made things very convenient.
Cons: Parking was a bit of a hassle. If you don’t do valet, which is twenty bucks, you have to walk quite a ways to get to your vehicle. Also they charge a forty dollar pet fee which you are NOT told about at check in or when you book your room. Never been to a ‘pet friendly’ hotel that does that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unique hotel, loved the extrA touches like the Sangria at check in, roof top bar, walking distance to food and shops on Delmar Loop, artwork, lighting and theming

Four Seasons Hotel St Louis - St. Louis - Outdoors view
6
9.1 Excellent (1,062 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Four Seasons Hotel in St Louis is a Luxurious property with iconic architecture, a multi-million-dollar modern art collection, and chic interiors. The hotel is unique in design but what really makes it special is its very own scent, created by a local perfumer. The location of Four Seasons is a major draw for guests, especially when compared to other high-end hotels in the city. The hotel sits on the edge of the Mississippi River, overlooking the old port of St. Louis and sitting next to a casino. A cozy walk will bring guests to local shops, bars and restaurants while the Gateway Arch is a 15-minute walk. Three major sports venues, Busch Stadium, the Scottrade Center, and the Dome at America’s Center are all within walking distance of the hotel. Business travelers will find many corporations and businesses in the area, plus the Financial District is less than a mile away. Four Seasons offers spacious rooms and suites that are all attractively designed with upscale amenities and many views of the city and Gateway Arch. The luxurious bathrooms are a main draw to the rooms featuring modern and chic décor, with their own TVs in the mirrors, a separate marble-tiled shower with a rainfall showerhead, granite countertops, modern lighting and fixtures, upscale toiletries, and magnifying mirrors. There are many features offered at Four Seasons. An on-site restaurant and bar, rooftop pool, full-service spa, fitness center, and special amenities for children and pets are features at the hotel. The spacious 24/7 business center appeals to travelers with an agenda and offers a range of services, including laptops, printers, international newspapers, printing services, secretarial services, and office space. Business travelers find this hotel suits them well, but well-heeled leisure travelers also take advantage of the luxurious surroundings and convenient location.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The view for all of the 4th of July festivities were outstanding! I love the line of bath products you had in the bathroom. My skin felt so soft after using the shower oil and lotion!
Cons: The price of things were all a little high. For the price of the rooms, I was disappointed how much everything else cost. A glass of wine was more than I have ever spent anywhere. I could have taken an all included trip somewhere for the money we spent on the 2 nights we were there.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room service staff was always exceptionally friendly. The food was incredible. Fries were perfect. The club sandwich was delicious. Oatmeal with fruit was so good!! And the black coffee was rich and smooth. The hallways are clean and quiet. The rooftop pool was warm enough to swim in during the 50 degree day and the hot tub was fantastic ! We had several staffing members congratulate us on our wedding/honeymoon. We were greeted by name several times. And the room view looked great at night.
Cons: Only concern would be to list the fact that the oatmeal for the room service comes with a bowl of nuts. I do have a severe allergy and would have not had that near my food on delivery from the beginning had I known. I think it would be helpful for future guests to know exactly what is included.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked literally everything else besides the stuff I mentioned that I didn't like. This hotel smells incredible. That detail is noticeable and well received. The pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful. So relaxing. And they even let us swim as late as we wanted, which was dope because we got a late start. Cinder House is one of the best meals of my life. Above expectations.
Cons: Getting into the hotel from the pull up is not exactly easy. And I think for the price of the stay, mini bar should be complimentary to a degree. Skittles shouldn't be $5 and cashews $9. The location is cool, I guess...downtown is sketchy and trashy and the contrast of the hotel from that is strange.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My daughter and I stayed here and it was perfect. The staff, the facilities, the food. The pool! Heated to the perfect temperature. We actually didn’t leave the hotel our entire stay. We had all meals at the Cinder house and every meal was delicious. Love this hotel and will be back!!!
6.8 Good
Pros: did not have breakfast due to early departure
Cons: restaurant food disappointing, not good value for money 2 out of the 3 steaks not cooked correctly, black beans and rice dry and tasteless, sparse teaspoon of Chimichurri Sauce on short ribs. Butternut squash soup rather sweet lacked basic base flavor, required some spiciness to it. Waiter was polite and pleasant and gave good explanations. Impossible to sleep on the eighth floor due to outside traffic noise during the night Elevator changes to different floors somewhat of an inconvenience. Reception cool for arrival and Departure. No welcome or how was your stay! Somewhat of a let down for a first visit to a Four Seasons
4.5 Okay
Pros: Liked the relaxation at the spa and ambience in hotel.
Cons: Room had dirty q tips, no slippers for one of us so I had request more, broken handle on safe, spa attendants were no where to be found and spa needed attention in many areas. We forgot contact solution and hotel didn’t have any, and didn’t offer a place to purchase any. This was our second time to stay here. The first time we were wowed. This time the hotel felt dirtier and staff not as friendly. For the price paid and the experience we encountered during our 24 hour stay, I don’t know that we will stay here again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: MybParner broke a tooth during lunch and we needed to check out early to get back to our Dentist in Illinois. Everyone was very understanding
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, superb staff
Cons: I wish they would have told us bottled water was included
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was COMPLETE memory foam. All rooms come with a huge tub and a walk in shower. Best hotel for the price. Made for an amazing Valentine’s Day weekend.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Lounge area was or is special. Especial a great view of the ARCH
Cons: Parking was confusing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The shuttle to the game
Cons: A pool waiter who took it upon himself to correct us regarding where we were sitting outside! When there were very few people outside!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed there before and the staff seemed much better this trip.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The fact that there was a full breakfast, and a complimentary dinner with free drinks. Bed was great and staff was super friendly. Indoor outdoor pool the kids loved being able to swim under for either one. Neat engineering!
Cons: The view. Saw the back alley of a run down neighborhood.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The free meals and little extras they provided. Also all the staff that I encountered had a smile on thier face and went above and beyond for their guests.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location to what we came for, a wedding.
Cons: Food at breakfast and social time, just not of high quality and just too many people to be supported by the staff. The pool area chorine level was through the roof.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We always stay here when we come to St. Louis. Love the 5:30 kickback, the indoor/outdoor pool, and breakfast. Great value for your money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Casey the manager was fabulous! You can tell he really has a motivated approach, as he was in the dining area helping and asking how everything was for the guests. Also, the front desk people and the bartender were very helpful too!
Cons: The only recommendation we would make is that you start breakfast at the same time every morning. On Friday it started at 6:00 but then when we came down about 6:30 on Saturday, we discovered it starts at 7:00 on Saturday. Other guests seemed confused by that too. Would be better to start at 6:00 every morn.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean, modern, very attentive staff.
Cons: The queen beds are great for one person, but sag in the center like a hammock with two normal sized adults.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room that we stayed in was worth the price. The swimming pool's water termperature was not too cold and not too hot. It has an indoor and outdoor so, you can choose whichever you prefer. There was an available jacuzzi too. They don't have swimming pool for like babies and toddlers, but it was great though. The location of the hotel is what I love about it. It was 7 mins. Away from the zoo, 12 mins. Away to the Gateway Arch, and 15 mins. Away to the city museum. Everything was in close distances. In terms of safety, they lock the doors past 10 in the evening (if I am not mistaken). They have a 24 hrs. Desk person available. We were offered drinks for our stay, then their breakfast was great too. They had eggs, potatoes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereals, etc.
Cons: It was a good stay.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: When my daughter went to climb into bed and found a blood smear under her pillow. Food wasnt as good as usual.
Cons: I was offered a new room which was better and they said they would send me a complimentary night in the mail. They never did.
7.0 Good
Cons: The room besides the beds were a tad unclean. Found hairs in the bathroom and Cheerios on the floor and the coffee maker was uncleaned. Also the bedside table was uncleaned and had residue on it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was fantastic. The accommodations were clean and the beds were very comfortable!
Cons: The only thing that we did not like was the restaurant. It was quite overpriced for the value of the meal.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The best thing about a Drury Inn is the free food and drinks in the evening.
Cons: The pool wasn't clean. It was cloudy and gross looking, so we didn't use it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very busy hotel and the staff made us feel like we were the only ones there. Mgmt was very involved at meal times and check in hours.

Cons: Bed. Breakfast
6.8 Good
Pros: The property seems to have deteriorated over the past year or so. Our room was in need of serious repairs.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: fitness room was totally inadequate and what was there was not great.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Terrible bed. Minimal breakfast.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The hotel was very secluded and private, which was nice. The grounds were well kept up and had nice statues.
Cons: I booked our room through Booking.com and ordered a King Deluxe Room. When we got up to our room, it was a double queen room. So, my husband and I had separate beds, I guess. I was headed down to ask about a different room, when there was a tornado warning in the area, so the hotel lost power.(no backup generator) It was very hot and humid outside, and we had no air or power the entire stay. I asked the "manager" of the front desk the next day during checkout if we could possibly get a discount and she said probably not because it was an act of god. I also booked the room with breakfast included which we also didn't receive. Our window leaked in our room from the ceiling, which they gave us towels to put under.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was adequet
Cons: I was unable to take advantage of the booking.com reservation because the property no longer had any more rooms available for what the booking.com rate was for. They ended up giving me a lessor room at a lower rate than the booking, com.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: would plus up the continental breakfast
7.0 Good
Pros: Secure, clean
Cons: TV outdated, Mattress uncomfortable

6.3 Good
Pros: Location within walking distance of Busch stadium
Cons: Air conditioner sucked employees blamed smart thermostat. Elevators were a mess. Breakfast kept running out of everything. Had to wait for room despite having a reservation 4 months in advance.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The property was conveniently located to several tourist destinations.
7.0 Good
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast had more options than a typical hotel breakfast. We liked the smoothies and fresh pressed juices. Also, all of the staff was friendly.
Cons: For the cost of our room, we would have preferred a better view. Our room looked out to the top of the roof and thats basically all we could see. We would have liked to look out into the downtown area or anything other than a rooftop.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Shower was horrible
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fine. I think there could have been more choices on the hot cereal (ex. grits). Everything was fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: I have no complaints. Things were good.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location. We could walk to everything.
Cons: Staff was rude. Room was not ready at 3pm for checking in. Breakfast would not get restocked after 9. Once it was gone even if before 10 you were out of luck. The elevators were broke. Only 1 worked and would fit maybe 5 people if no suit cases. We were charged for parking each day even though they did not have space for our vehicle in their parking lot. We paid for parking across the road.

Cons: Bagworm on external scrubs. Food
9.3 Excellent
Pros: great location and nice facilities. Good breakfast
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location, close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Bed was hard, breakfast was the same both days, drawers in our room trash in them, toilet paper on bathroom floor, pool was cold, room was small bathroom was very tiny
7.5 Good
Pros: Disappointed. Our bathtub and sink did not drain. Made for a rough 3 days I told them and they said they sent a maintenance man to fix but didn’t
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: N/A
Cons: Staff member accused me of having extra drink tickets when I only went up to get my first drink for me and one for my elderly dad sitting at table. I shrugged off the incident, but then my elderly mom went up there and the same staff member accused her trying to get excessive drinks. Unbelievable, felt like we were accused of stealing drinks. I was in shock what happened and it Ruined our night. Embarrassed by the staff and upset at the incident. Decided to go somewhere else after being treated so poorly.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: N/A
Cons: One bad apple spoils a bunch. One staff member was able to ruin Drury’s quote of making travel happy. Still in shock at service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool and access to eating places
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our week long stay at this hotel. The breakfast service was excellent and ALL of the interactions with staff were extremely positive. The front desk staff helped us find things to do in the area, the food service staff was some of the friendliest we have ever encountered, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping our room and the whole hotel clean.
Cons: As I mentioned above, we stayed a whole week. I did not care for the wide range of pricing on our room per night. There was about a $40 spread across the week. I would have appreciated one set rate for the week as we did book so many nights.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Hot breakfast and evening food/drink offerings were great and added to the value of the hotel. Hotel convenient to Botanical Gardens, downtown St Louis and Eckerts. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Needs a service elevator. Checking out was difficult because staff were filling elevator with laundry carts/trash bins and were using the luggage carts to tote supplies. There was a line waiting for the luggage carts because some were in use by staff. Only one elevator in the building.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: I would like to comment that the two women working the breakfast area on 8/4/19 were very nice and a joy to be around. It was busy, and they were so polite and pleasant to everyone coming through.
Cons: I spent the evening and morning having to plunge the toilet. It wouldn’t even flush with a little toilet paper in it. I had to keep the bathroom door ajar with a trashcan as a visual reminder to have my kids throw their paper in the trashcan rather than in the toilet. When I went to ask for a plunger, staff handed me one in a bag and said “keep it” which I appreciate because we had to use it often. My guess is there is a plumbing issue because the sink would also take a while to drain. I am not someone who is comfortable with complaining, and just dealt with it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, spacious breakfast area
Cons: stained carpet in room, slow elevator
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great price for what we needed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location near Forest Park & many restaurant & shops! Love the onsite cinema & the bar/lounge area.
Cons: I have no negative comments!
7.5 Good
Pros: The studio was enormous and got enough space for living room. Close to different stores and coffee shop.
Cons: I tried to reached the house keep quite often but they didn’t come. So I was forced to ask for bottles of water, but then I found they charge me. I complained to the front desk and finally refunded me.

Pros: The gentleman who checked me in was AWESOME.
Cons: I would have appreciated help at the bell desk. When we arrived there were no carts and no bellhops.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Crowded pool, uncomfortable sofa, tons of construction view. Rooms lacked design and bathrooms were outdated.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was awesome. Room was very clean and welcoming.
Cons: Pool had lots of debris floating in it. A lot! Could use more or better filters.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly remodeled room.
Cons: No
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The cost, location and comfort of the room. Overall, this is a good hotel.
Cons: Two problems which could be easily fixed: Parking valet and broken chairs in the Chase Club. Went to the Chase Club to listen to music and sat at the bar. My chair, my wife's chair and the replacement chair I found for her were broken (missing a foot on one of the legs). Only parking option due to construction is valet. No issue with that, but the parking receipt says to text when ready to leave. We did so, and the fairly rude parking attendant told us that had not worked in 5 years!! Never apologized and implied it was our fault for texting. Sad that his manner was my last impression of what had been until then a nice experience. Why on earth a place that holds itself out as luxury would fail to correct something so simple in 5 years escapes me.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The movie theatre
Cons: We had to switch rooms when we first arrived do to our toiletbeing clogged when we arrived. I had to sleep on the sofa bed with no blankets because the detergent used at this location broke my skin out and they had no blankets or tiles for allergenic ppl
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Wonderful breakfast in downstairs restaurant.
Cons: Valet and parking staff were rude on more than one occasion. After waiting 15 minutes for my car, I asked the valet what was taking so long and was told “Just wait!”. It was truly disappointing to experience this kind of service and behavior from what is suppose to be a 5-star hotel.

7.0 Good
Pros: The valet people definitely know how to make people feel welcome! They also answered my questions without making me feel silly. There were three of them and they were the sweetest! Also, we loved our city view from the room!
Cons: It seems when it came to cleaning the room for the next stay, they just did what they needed to do to get it done. There was a rather gross looking stain on the sheets. 8.3 Excellent
Pros: The facility was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The unruly kids in the pool, the parents sitting drinking around the pool, and the guests playing beer pong in the lobby with their kids watching and playing a mock game on the next table. My kids are not around that stuff and I feel it was not necessary to allow it in the lobby by the front desk. Not to mention the family of 10-15 that came off the elevator reeking of marijuana. The guests hampered what would have been a very enjoyable experience.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and the view
Cons: The noise from the hallway
6.3 Good
Pros: I paid to upgrade to the “free” breakfast. It was good. Nice variety of hot food. We had a view of the Gateway Arch and it made our visit to the Arch very easy since it was only just across the street.
Cons: This hotel has the potential to be amazing and instead it’s mediocre. The whole hotel smelled damp, windows were dirty, the headboard was damaged, outlets and light switches were discolored and outdated, pillows were similar to hospital quality with no fluff and the shower door was grungy. Breakfast tasted good but the water glasses for example, were dirty. They had that film you get when water sits in a glass inside of the dishwasher. It was clean enough but not really what I was expecting from the Hyatt especially at what we paid for our room for less than 12 hours and $40 valet parking. If the property owners invested a little bit of money into basic upgrades (the alarm clock had a first generation iPod dock on it and like I said the outlets and light switches were yellowed) this place would have been one of our favorite hotels we stopped at on our road trip. Instead it’s teetering between “it’s alright” and “should I be concerned about bugs?” It wasn’t awful but for what it is, and where it is - they could do a LOT better.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: My bathroom sink full up with water and won’t go down
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to all downtown attractions and sites. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Love how close it was to the gateway arch. Everything was within walking distance.
Cons: The parking. The were no self parking spaces left sop they say, therefore we had to pay 40.00 plus tax for valet parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about this location! The restaurant downstairs, the staff, the view and the cleanliness.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: great location, friendly staff, clean room
Cons: cost a lot more than I usually spend but considering I was able to stay close to friends it was worth it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding staff with a well maintained property that located at the Arch. The room included an view of the Arch and breakfast for two at no additional charge.
5.0 Okay
Cons: I wanted a pet Friendly hotel. This supposedly was not charged an extra outrageous 100 dollars for a little jack Russell. Was a big disappointment.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location and room design
Cons: Need to invest in cleaning. Housekeeping arrived at 6pm and took only 5 minutes to clean everything. At checkout, we had a huge discussion about the breakfast being included or not. They had already charged my card and then had had to take half an hour to repay.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for the Arch and Busch Stadium. Enjoyed the restaurants as well.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Easy to get to, well located in the city for tourism. We even had a view of the Arch from our room.
Cons: The walls were thin. The couple in the next room could be heard rattling the bed and expressing pleasure.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location for the arch

Cons: Our floor was going through remodeling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel room had a nice view and was big.
Cons: The only thing I did not like is I didn't realize it would cost $30 to park in their parking lot. The parking lot attendant was very helpful, and she was very good at her job.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, totally worth the money. We loved that the bathroom didn't "look into" the bedroom area.
Cons: The wet bar wasn't stocked, which was weird. We wish they had vending machines, though.

Pros: Great location. Big room was nice. A/C worked well.
Cons: The room seemed a bit dirty and thrown together. When we got into the room, we thought it might already be occupied because of the lights/tv on and the messy look. I wouldn't pay full price.

7.0 Good
Pros: Clean. Overpriced
Cons: Price and didn’t give me my points for booking through booking.com For over 100$ night room x2 I think they were terrible for not doing this to help customer. Every hotel I have stayed even using booking has given me my points. I even called them before booking was only a dollar cheaper than booking Told the lady She never advised about the points. But I’ll look for another place next year. Been staying here for about 3-4 years when traveling

6.8 Good
Pros: I have always loved staying in Drury Inn and Suites. You can’t go wrong with breakfast and dinner.
Cons: During taco night they ran out of tortillas. Asked for more and they brought them out. The only negative thing about this, there was no utensils to pick the tortillas up with. Other hotel guests were using their hands. Really gross, especially knowing not everyone washes their hands and/or knowing where their hands has been at. Didn’t eat that night and ordered Pizza instead.
