The SUV was really nice to drive especially with the distance we were going. Very comfortable. They gave my husband an upgrade at no charge because it was his birthday.Cons:
It would have been nice to be able to drop the car off at a closer location. They wanted to charge me to drop it closer to home, so I had to drop it off where I originally rented it from. Also, it would be nice to have all the cars equipped with a GPS at no charge. People can use their phone, but it would be nice to have it in the car..2.0 Poor

Cons:
Well wonderful kayak over booked enterprise so I was unable to receive a vehicle from them. I had to cancel and go with another place. I'm always questioning going through a 3 rd party for a simple fact that I know they tend to overbook but I took a chance and it totally didn't work out for me.Hertz

Booked through third party so pricing was competitive. Class of car that I was expecting was not available. Staff worked with me and gave me a higher class vehicle that was more comfortable with comparable gas mileage. Thanks guysCons:

Cons:
The email confirmation gave us the wrong pick-up address. No phone number was provided. Google and Hertz customer service provided wrong phone numbers. The national Hertz customer service call center was very poor. They couldn’t give us a phone number and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Also, the Hertz location only had a small vertical flag on a pole for street signage. Very difficult to find. It took us almost 30 minutes to find the place.2.0 Poor

Made a reservation for a mini van. When I arrived at the Hertz location in Matteson, IL, there was no car available. Not were there any minivans available at another Chicagoland location (or at least that's what I was told by the ladies at the service desk). WILL NOT RENT FROM HERTZ AGAIN.8.0 Very good

Booked a car rental the app showed there was a few cars available after booking my reservation and paying i find out upon arrival at the location the car was supposed to be at there was never no cars available i only drove 27 miles one way to pick up a car that was never there really not happy8.4 Very good

My negative experience is when my contracted drop off point in the southland Chicago area was moved to another location a few miles away and when i got to that location found out that they were not ready to open for business due to city code violations. had to drop car at another nearest location took over 40 mins drive away. luckily i had a car to follow me, had i gone with original plan to have shuttle from work pick me up at original drop off location i would have been in trouble. Not happy with having to waste hour and half drive to drop at location out of my way.
