It would have been nice to be able to drop the car off at a closer location. They wanted to charge me to drop it closer to home, so I had to drop it off where I originally rented it from. Also, it would be nice to have all the cars equipped with a GPS at no charge. People can use their phone, but it would be nice to have it in the car..2.0 Poor

Well wonderful kayak over booked enterprise so I was unable to receive a vehicle from them. I had to cancel and go with another place. I'm always questioning going through a 3 rd party for a simple fact that I know they tend to overbook but I took a chance and it totally didn't work out for me.Hertz

The email confirmation gave us the wrong pick-up address. No phone number was provided. Google and Hertz customer service provided wrong phone numbers. The national Hertz customer service call center was very poor. They couldn’t give us a phone number and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Also, the Hertz location only had a small vertical flag on a pole for street signage. Very difficult to find. It took us almost 30 minutes to find the place.2.0 Poor

My negative experience is when my contracted drop off point in the southland Chicago area was moved to another location a few miles away and when i got to that location found out that they were not ready to open for business due to city code violations. had to drop car at another nearest location took over 40 mins drive away. luckily i had a car to follow me, had i gone with original plan to have shuttle from work pick me up at original drop off location i would have been in trouble. Not happy with having to waste hour and half drive to drop at location out of my way. I incurred extra labor cost from work having employees follow me to the nearest open location.10.0 Wonderful
