Booked through third party so pricing was competitive. Class of car that I was expecting was not available. Staff worked with me and gave me a higher class vehicle that was more comfortable with comparable gas mileage. Thanks guysThird party didn't mention deposit

Poor experienceThe email confirmation gave us the wrong pick-up address. No phone number was provided. Google and Hertz customer service provided wrong phone numbers. The national Hertz customer service call center was very poor. They couldn’t give us a phone number and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Also, the Hertz location only had a small vertical flag on a pole for street signage. Very difficult to find. It took us almost 30 minutes to find the place.

HorribleMade a reservation for a mini van. When I arrived at the Hertz location in Matteson, IL, there was no car available. Not were there any minivans available at another Chicagoland location (or at least that's what I was told by the ladies at the service desk). WILL NOT RENT FROM HERTZ AGAIN.
