The innkeeper makes you feel very comfortable and serves a different delicious and succulent breakfast every day. Good bed also. A quick Uber ride to/from downtown ($6, $11 at rush hour) makes it a great value. Everything was great for me, but some guests might want to know there are stairs to the room, no TV in the room, and the WiFi reception is uneven in the room.
I liked that there were several restaurants in the hotel and next to the hotel. There is a walkway to the shopping mall. The swimming pool was in the building across the street.
Good staff The bed was as hard as a rock, not what you would expect for a higher end hotel.
Great location with a great view!!! Beautiful room with a large tv! A little pricey!
Staff was awesome! Malls all around
Clean room, prompt room service
Great location Poor lighting in bathroom Staff unhelpful in resolving various room and facility related issues. In particular, after twice complaining about excessively noisy hotel guest, front desk agent said "Ooh, I hate when that happens."
The staff was very friendly. The room was kept clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great too! Connected to Lincoln Square for business. Connected to Lucky Strike and the movies by sky bridge as well. Smack dab in the middle of the mall area. 2 blocks away from an LA fitness but also had its own fitness center if you didn't have an LA Fitness membership. Only down side was not being close (walking distance) to any grocery stores where you can buy bottles of water and other essentials. The hotel provided all that you needed if you asked for it, it was just much pricier. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much!
The customer service on the way out was excellent. Christen was the best, her attitude was great and it felt genuine like she really cared if we enjoyed our stay. I did not like the overall cleanliness and would hope in the future attention to detail will be looked into by someone in charge.
Nice clean modern hotel.
Clean the man washrooms more often
Great food! Luxurious. People super friendly. Beautiful room, nice details.
Comfy bed, free snacks, good breakfast Charging to park
I liked the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I would stay there again, and I would recommend it to anyone. I did not like that there was an extra cost for Valet parking, nor did I like the room size for the price. The menu was also a bit pricey.
It was an unexpected delight in a convenient location - close to the airport.
The facility, property, and amenities were nice. On the first night our car was broken into and a very sentimental wedding gift was stolen from the vehicle. We were notified by security at 0130, the police didn't come until 0330, and we got NO sleep because of it all. All that Manager Marc was willing to do was allow us to check out early without a cancellation fee!?!?! After several conversations he finally agreed to refund the second night. Hardly any compensation for the stress, grief and cost of the whole incident considering the vehicle was owned by a family member so now we have to pay the $500 deductible, $288 for a rental car, and not to mention the cost of replacing the wedding gift. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT WE GOT FROM MANAGER MARC, NOT ONLY WILL WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE AS WELL!!!!
Everything! Really appreciated the shuttle service! Can't think of anything.
Due to proximity to airport, jet noise was prevalent. Otherwise, this place was absolutely wonderful.
It did not have a hotel-like atmosphere
It was one of the nicest places... and I've paid much more in other places!
Being by the airport I thought that it would be noisy w/lots of traffic. Nothing, quiet as they come, and very beautiful location! Our room was a King Reg room.. nothing special by any means.. until we opened the door. Very clean and welcoming. It makes people spend the little extra to step up that high on the totem pole of hotels. A+++ Breakfast was all inclusive, but the time frame of AFTER 6:30am.. hello?? it was a Monday morning, and there are people that need to go back to work. Traffic in Seatac on Mon morning 6:30am was not going to allow anyone to enjoy that beautiful breakfast.
Everything. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The resident lounges throughout the hotel with 24/hr snack access was great. The restaraunt served excellent food. While waiting to change rooms I received a few uptight an accusatory calls from a guy at the front desk asking when I'd be checking out- not friendly and stuck up. I was packed and ready to move and just had to wait around in my room for about 3 hours until I was finally moved, to a very nice sweet that smelled of debauchery (day after a large wedding) and lots of snacks crushed and stuck in between the couch cushions.
Atmosphere....landscaping Needs nicer hot tub and hot tub area to enjoy the beautiful grounds
Not much. The location was okay and the price was fair. Parking was easy. Overworked and inconsiderate staff.
The front desk manager made it clear that she/her hotel would do nothing to assist with a cancellation, but made it very clear that if I had done business with them directly that she would have helped me out and done more to assist me with my situation. By using Kayak or another third party vendor, a vendor that they contract with I add, the service you receive is sub par though thy gladly take your money. The front desk manager was extreamly rude and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. They do not offer the same level of service if you book through third party contracted provider than if you booked directly through them.
This hotel is a gem. We used to stay at the Silver Cloud in downtown Bellevue but find this one to be more luxurious. The drive to downtown Bellevue takes only a few minutes. We will continue to use the Silver Cloud Eastgate on our overnight trips from our home in the San Juan Islands.
Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, great restaurant, can be for adults only or family-friendly. Can't complain at all Nothing
It was rated 4 star and was not close to a 4 star quality hotel.
Cleanliness, accommodating staff, and easy access to the city of Seattle.
Real pleasant surprise at the accommodations. Restaurant was very good.
Clean rooms, bar, and all of the staff. Also, hotel sits on a major freeway interchange but never heard a thing. Good construction for sure!! Parking sucked. 90 percent of spots were made for compact. At least 10 spots were coned off for employees. Big trucks with trailers parking sideways making this place a complete parking nightmare. If you want your $50,000 car banged up stay here. Not good.
We were surprised at how the room was divided into a living room and sleeping area. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located off the highway. It was also nice that there was a covered gated garage with an elevator that went straight to your floor.
Room was exceptionally clean and the cleanliness and decor of the hotel was very good. Liked being able to open the window for fresh air. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many Silver Clouds have the complimentary breakfast so we missed not having that option.
This is a well located upscale hotel with comfortable and nicely furnished rooms, an incredible staff, located within a stone's throw of virtually anything in Seattle. I had to leave after four nights. Housekeeping staff removed an unread newspaper from the room that had not been placed in a location for recycling or disposal.
Hair in bathtub. Parts missing from coffee maker. Unbelievably noisy when other guest flush. Will not go back.
Place is run down and seedy. Have stayed there for years. Felt super unsafe and rooms a total dump! Carpet was wer about three feet around the ac unit. No plugs in sink and tib. Coffee maker broke and missing parts. Part of a metal plug stuck in bathroom outlet. Room had a terrible odor probably due to wet carpet. Felt unsafe on room and walking down the halls. Water ending machine empty and no bottled water for sale in hotel.
Welcome from Timothy. I disliked 90% of my stay. The room was nasty!! Sheet, pillow cases and comforter was stained and dirty. I took pictures to prove this. The carpet apparently wasn't vacuumed there was dirty areas on the floor in the restroom as if it wasn't moped, desk wasn't clean. Look I travel frequently and this has been the worst ever. Management needs to pay more attention to her hotel. This was the second room I was given room 309 and 338 both were nasty. Will never stay at another Comfort Inn ever!!
The staff were very nice, and the airport shuttle is handy. The wifi worked. There is no restaurant, nor one nearby. (Though staff did offer to take me by shuttle.) The facility is in sad shape and in need of repairs and refreshing. It is older. The room was clean but worn and very, very small. I went down for breakfast at 8:20 but there wasn't any food left or coffee, so they don't refresh it often though it was open until 9:00 am. It was disappointing but not a disastrous stay.
People at front desk were nice The hotel looks very old, smells and needs updating. The bathroom was gross, don't look down the sink drain it looks like something will jump out at you. Reminds me of those hotels you see on Hotel Impossible show that's gross and dirty.
It was clean, nice a great place to spend the night prior to taking a flight out from seattle, or to spend the night coming, not a destination in its self.
The staff was courteous. I wish I had known they were under construction.
The room smelled like smoke and the sheets were dirty
The airport shuttle service was great. The wifi was terrible.
Parking was a pain in the butt
Close to the airport and they have a shuttle.
This was the best free breakfast ever! they thought of everything. maintenance in our room.
Good location, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, good value for the money.
Convenient location for getting to the airport. Excellent courtesy shuttle to airport. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. How can you have a laundry room but have no place to get change? I was told to walk down the street somewhere to get change. That's ridiculous. Breakfast could only be described as lousy.
Sleep Inn is a very good location to the Sea-Tac airport. The shuttle drivers are really good at getting you to the airport on time. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was not available for early flights. We paid for breakfast but weren't able to eat. Some type of accommodation should be made for very early travelers.
The room was nice & very clean. The best part is was a very good price!
After reading some of the reviews on other sights, I was hesitant to book. However, I am VERY satisfied that I did. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. It appeared to have been recently renovated. I did not have any negative experiences or concerns.
My room was extremely clean, the bed comfortable and the bed linens new. The morning airport shuttle was extremely well-organized. The driver organized luggage according to departure stops. The check-in desk and the morning shuttle driver were both very competent. The room was very small. Street noise could be heard. Evidently the windows do not block street noise.
Stayed two nights. There was nothing I could complain about. It was everything we expected and more. The staff, the location, breakfast was great. Will definitely stay in Sleep Inn's more often.
Friendly staff, good location near airport and Southcebter, and 24 hr shuttle service to get traveler to airport. Food was available in breakfast area for traveler catching airport shuttle at 3:30 AM! Had some difficulty getting room heat adjusted (probably my fault), but fan somewhat noisy. Bed and pillows could have been a bit softer!
Decor and very clean. Nice breakfast too!
Location is good for close proximity to airport. The room interior looks good. It's a decent hotel for a Sleep Inn and spending $50-$75/night. I wouldn't pay anymore than that. Hotel was full and we had to park in an unlit gravel area. The hotel had a terrible dingy old smell. The room was sprayed with fragrance disinfectant so bad it was hard to breath.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great what a spread
Very clean room. A/C unit was also clean...no musty smell. Overall, the facility needs to be refurbished. Carpets need to be changed!
The location It wasn't worth the price charged.
We use this Hampton Inn when ever we have an early flight out of SEA-TAC. It is fairly new and well kept. Prices are reasonable. I can't speak to the breakfast as we generally are gone before service starts. They will put up a snack bag for you. A short walk to Dave's Diner is a good option as well as other places to eat in the area. Nothing negative about it since the road construction is done.
Due to stormy weather in Seattle, the Hampton inn was unable to accommodate our reservation. They made arrangements for us to stay at an alternative hotel. The following day, they picked us promptly and shuttled to our parked car at their facility. Excellent service!
My family have had Alaska vacation during Thanksgiving, and stayed in Hampton overnight before returned to Nashville. The experience in your hotel is excellent! We recommend the hotel immediately to other family members and our close friends at the night we stay! We are sure will come back again if we have the chance to visit Seattle in the future!
Everything was great.
The staff was incredibly nice and FAST. Fastest check-in at a hotel ever. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice decor and touches. The free breakfast was better than most. My partner was thrilled that there was biscuits and gravy, and I made a sausage sandwich. Check out and the shuttle to and from the airport were just as fast, clean and convenient as the rest of the stay.
Clean, efficient and convenient for those traveling via SEA-TAC and in need of an overnight stay. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Pickup from the airport was a simple phone call away and I was picked up right away. In the morning hours, the shuttle runs every half hour to take folks to the airport. Absolutely efficient and convenient. Hotel was clean and everything in working order. All the staff I interacted with here very pleasant and polite. I didn't try out their free wifi since I got in pretty late and went straight to bed. Free hot and continental breakfast in the morning was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Bed was comfortable Room was big No place to hang your clothes in room Breakfast quality looked rather weak Giant construction project in the front of the hotel Difficult to get the temperature right- 1 degree up and you were roasting, 1 degree down and you were freezing.
Staff was very accomdating.
Staff was very helpful, nice area to stretch your legs or go for a run in the morning before our long flight.
Very nice room and spacious bathroom. Bed could've been a little softer though. No refrigerator in the room was disappointing.
Our trip was last minute so we chose this hotel because the price was great and the reviews were better; we were very impressed! Very clean, great food at the bar, staff was wonderful, amenities were ample. Overall, EXCELLENT value. I will stay again even if the price goes up substantially. The location means you either have to use the valet (which was great and fast) or park on the street, my truck was too big to go on the street so valet was our only option, I like more options. Bellevue is great, but if you need to be in Seattle, it's just a little further than is real convenient.
Rooms were exceptional, well thought out, and everything was clean, and worked. I dont prefer valet to self park, generally.
Very clean! Staff was super friendly & helpful!
Cozy , nice bed and nice staff They did not have a fridge and our food was ruined
It's what you would expect of a Westin in a city. Clean, accommodating staff, decent breakfast and space to meet informally. It was an expensive night at $300+.
Store proximity to local shopping and dining.
Not much. Not worth the money. The elevator was broken and we wasted 2 hours of our vacation just waiting for elevators. It took us over an hour to find parking.
Great location, excellent rooms No parking on the weekends, staff internally overcharged in the cafeteria, had to remind front desk of billing corrections. Not a good experience
This is my second stay here. I like it here since it is nearby at the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Very convenient especially on the weekends if you are simply wanting to sight see and/or access downtown bellevue in less than 5 minutes. Also, it has an easy access to the I-405 freeway so if you are not in to Downtown Bellevue and want to head somewhere else, this hotel is good. It also surprisingly quiet at night which is really nice! The room is clean and looks modern. Guest service is also very attentive. Plentiful of parking space as well! Well, it's not super sound proof when people are walking the hallways and talking really loud at 3am in the morning, but of course that's to be expected. Other than that, I don't really have anything I disliked about this hotel.
Staff, location, value. Rooms need a touch of modern / refresh
Please stop milking the cow and offer new hotel. Noise, smell 70 years old.
- Comfortable bed - overall the room was clean - rude and unprofessional front desk (the guy with eyebrow piercing) - dreadful green color scheme in the rooms - old and dirty looking carpet - found hair in the bathroom sink.
There aren't many "values" left in DT Bellevue, this is one of them. Quiet rooms with free parking. Easy access to 405. Retro (not in a hipster way) property is quite old and in need of updating. This may/may not happen as they are rumored to be closing in the not too distant future.
Price, location...minutes from Bellevue square and freeway entrance easy access Comfortable king bed Direct TV, fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room Good wifi We got an end room with ice maker literally outside the door, plus the door didn't have a good seal so it was noisy Breakfast is not included, costs $10.95 a person Hotel feels a little dated
Room easy access to parking Front desk mess up my room from two beds to one, have to wait for a long time to adjust it. Bit loud
There was a minor snow storm when we arrived and the staff worked hard to get everyone to and from the hotel in a timely manner. They were very courteous especially Cathy on the front desk. When we got stranded at the shopping mall, ELizabeth ( think that was her name) organized the van to pick us up as all taxis were not running or unavailable.
It was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service. It was quite old and not the 'normal' Best Western standard I've seen. Secondly, the floors and walls were paper thin, so we heard every step of the person above us.
Convenience of delivery to airport. No Restaurant!
Very comfortable and close to JFK Airport Access difficult - surrounded by highways
We only slept over before catching our cruise ship,so we needed the pick-up service from the airport & sleeping accommodations. Everything was acceptable
The shuttle was supeb....a great choice of hotel in view of catching an early a.m. flight out of Sea/Tac airport. The breakfast was very average, but not a deterrant. The hotel was very good and they accomodated us when they could not find my "bookings.com" reservation. I had booked a king room for June 28th (of which they had no record) .....they did find a booking for me for July 7th which made no sennse to me. This was the first time I used Booking.com and it makes me a little nervous....and yet I just stayed at Kempinski in Frankfurt and the reservation was flawless....
the room was really clean. I expected something else because of other reviews saying they saw cochroaches and it was durty but it was soooo clean and comfy. well worth the price!! the breakfast was great too. better than other breaksfast at hotels i´ve had... over all it was perfect. shuttle guy was very helpful and friedly more than front desk they were a lil cranky.. Th absolute only thing i didn´t like was that in the morning there was a criket in the sink in the bath room. it was shocking but who cares...
Old dumpy Best Western renovated to acceptable level. OK for one night maybe but not for more. Dumpy. Noise. No sound insulation. Leaky plumbing
Value for money Poor breakfast
room service was excellent. breakfast hot, plentiful and juice was very good
The pool and hot tub close way too early
Please write at least 15 words Staff were particularly helpful in directions both to Basil's Bar and downtown Seattle and offered free coffee when we had to evacuate due to a fire alarm. Two robes would have been helpful over one - see fire alarm above.
Hotel itself was cool, and big room had ripped carpet bar was cool but everything was bad tasting, bad drinks, really bad food
The hotel and staff are great for travelers seeking the extra comforts of life.My room was very spacious definitely felt like a king. No complaints
Embassy Suites Seattle-Bellevue was a great place to stay as I attended a 3 day conference. The staff was courteous and prompt. The continental breakfast and afternoon snacks were a special treat. My room was beautiful and functional. Overall, a very nice stay.
Evening drinks and snacks! Shuttle to downtown Bellevue!! Ongoing construction made it difficult to navigate but is understandable.
the hotel was excellent. Gym and pool were well equipped and the gym was 24 hour. Breakfast and internet access complimentary. Location was convenient to Seattle without being too far and too close. Would definitely recommend
The room and the breakfast..... There was a lot of kids in the pool
The property has been developed and maintained very well. The room are spacious and comfortable, cozy. Location, price. Amenities could have been little better
Great breakfast, easy/free parking, quiet, clean Renovations currently underway, but wasn't noisy or inhibiting at all. Pool wasn't open because of renovations but I didn't know that prior to staying.
Comfy beds no wasted space. Good location with easy access to airport Toilet broke, poor water pressure.
This hotel is so clean and even smells fresh. The free shuttle and location is very convenient, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was a nice selection and the restaurant next door was reasonably priced withe delicious food. Plus, they're open late at night. I highly recommend this hotel!
The convenience of being close to airport, walking distance. Great place to eat in same parking lot. Great and helpful service. Highly recommend.
Conveniently close to the airport. Its a good facility. Breakfast room was very crowded in the morning.
Very convenient to the airport and surprisingly quiet.
The rooms were clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good service. Would return if plan a trip to Seattle There was nothing negative.
24 hour on demand airport shuttle and proximity to airport
Proximity to the airport. It is recommended for slaying prior to an early flight.
The staff was very courteous. They were helpful and they got us into our room early. All requests by us were handled in a friendly manner. Yes, we would stay there again.
Quick shuttle pick up and drop off. Close to airport and restaurant.
EVERYTHING!! Awesome staff, beautiful clean cozy luxurious convenient rooms, hassle free check in!! Great complimentary breakfast, ect ect ect!!! We actually stayed 3 extra days because it was sooo wonderfull HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! I normally don't take the time to do reviews, but they absolutely deserve it!!! :-) :-) :-) N/A
Room with kitchen, dishwasher and full-size fridge. Bed was horrible.
The layout of the room kitchen, comfortable bed. Dvd player in room and internet hookup plus free wifi. entry was nice, ok breakfast, coffe and tea at the ready. the shower was not completely clean there were short hairs on the walls left, men stubble around the sink. The hair dryer almost caught my hair on fire it was shooting electrical sparks. They did remove it from the wall after I complained it was done the same day and replaced it with a new one.
Stayed on The 2nd floor . we Could hear everything upstairs and above us . We could hear the guests upstairs party till 2.00 am and the maid vacuum the floors above in the morning . It was like they were going to come through the ceiling . Very little sound proofing between floors . The bathroom door was on an angle when we closed it . Everything else was ok . WE have stayed at this location 3 times now , and never experience the extreme noise above . Not sure if we would stay again .
Good sized, clean rooms with full size fridge and stove. Clean. I repeatedly had the experience of calling the front desk and waiting eight or ten rings for an answer. This is both before and during my stay. I also cooled my heels at the front counter until someone showed up. They were quite nice when they got around to answering the phone or getting to the front counter, but the front desk simply had no one there, almost always. I don't know if this was a management fault of having too few staff, or worker bees, but my feeling is the latter. They seemed to spend a lot of time in the room behind the front desk. There was no bell on the front counter to summon anyone. Although, given my phone experience I'm not sure it would've made any difference. Entirely different subject. I went to the hot tub and it six inches of foam on it.
The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. Complementary laundry machines were a great benefit since we had been traveling several days. We had stayed at the Larkspur before and we will again! We have no complaints
Location, beds and very clean
The suite had a nice layout and a large bathroom. The breakfast was pathetic, seating was terrible, and they began cleaning up early. The shower rod was falling off the wall and the door casing in the bathroom had swelled from moisture and was peeling apart. The couch had stains on it in the room.
Better hide a bed mattress Bathroom was old - shower head wasn't very powerful
Of COURSE I love everything about Larkspur and they deserve 5 stars. :) The bed and pillows. I feel bad for saying it but the bed was rock solid and the pillows were lumpy. Definitely not a good night sleep. Annnddd Mohammed doesn't work there anymore. :(
Bed and pillows were comfortable Our shower didn't drain well, you were standing in 2 inches of water by the time you were done showering, also the a/c heater unit was gross we turned it on and blew dust out, we pulled the filters and looked like they have never been cleaned... Seemed to be a business only type of hotel, and didn't seem like it should be priced this high for what it was
Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly
I like the room and the room service everything was really good. And would come back for a another stay The only for things that I didn't like was that it took a few mins to check in and the same checking out. Like it took a while for there computer to check us in and to.check us out
The place was very close to the company I visited, with a reasonable price, which made it ideal. I will probably visit it again next time I will go to Seattle.
They have an amazing free breakfast The rooms fridge puts out a high pitched squeal that was so iritating I had to move it to the bathroom and close the door so I wouldn't hear it. That brought my comfort rating down. I wish there was a microwave in my room but there was one to use by the restaurant
The hotel is badly in need of care. The entire property is dingy and dirty. They don't vacuum the carpets, and they need shampooing. The parking lot is un-kept, like the whole place. The location is good, but the overall experience was unsatisfactory.
Coast was in a convenient location just off the I5 and a very short distance from Bellevue Square area. They also offered a shuttle service and parking was included. The rooms were clean but it was clear that the hotel was older and has had cosmetic renovations. No real complaints.
close to download bellevue for the same class hotel need alot to improve
I didn't hang around very long since I was working the whole time and only used my room to sleep in, but it served its purpose just fine. I enjoyed it very much~ Breakfast was nice, and my room was kept tidy. Really I don't have anything negative to say at all :)
The staff was very friendly and helpful and prioritize security. Even though the room was minimal and a little outdated housekeeping was on point. The price seemed reasonable for such an expensive part of town. The location is perfect for any Overlake Hospital related business. The facilities were so-so. The furniture although clean was worn. No movie player or channels were available the fridge was a portable shoved under the sink and no microwave.
The lobby is great. Staff is great. Included breakfast is great. Free shuttle is great. The rooms are old. The bed/pillow is not very comfortable. I've been told that all the rooms are being renovated.
location, breakfast Age of room. minor cleanliness problems. My daughter found pretzels under the bed. This is not a huge issue because I know how hard it is to clean room especially after a family with children has stayed in it. Non the less it left me perplexed.
Beds were so comfortable Good room service
The lobby is the nicest part of the property. When we checked out I asked the nice young lady at the front desk why we had been placed in a substandard room in a nearly empty hotel. She apologized and offered to comp our parking charges. Still disappointing. Four Points Seattle is a “no frills” hotel, the lobby does not reflect that fact, but the restaurant and rooms do. Our room was small and the two places to sit in the room were uncomfortable. The bed was ok to me, my wife hated it. The restaurant was spartan, plastic and metal furniture with one window, and way over priced for a “no frills” hotel. The three staff members we came in contact with were very nice, friendly. During our three day stay, the hotel was mostly empty, we saw one other couple in the elevators in our comings and goings. We were given a room with a horrible view, a section of a roof and the exterior back wall of the hotel… why..? the place was empty. I could have gone down to the front desk and complained, but this is a Starwood Property, I should not be forced to complain to be taken care of in a nearly empty Starwood Property. If I am forced to complain, you have failed.
I liked my money being refunded secondary to the incredibly poor customer service, being moved to another room due to maintenance issues, and no refrigerator as advertised. The only plus to staying to here is that it is a direct road to the airport. I didn't like paying for an upgraded room so I could see a sliver of the Puget Sound (not worth the extra charges between a traditional versus a deluxe room). I didn't like being treated poorly when we complained about maintenance issues or the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I definitely didn't like the fact that we had to move to another room due to the deadbolt not functioning properly. I didn't appreciate having to call housekeeping and have some gentleman crawl into our shower, twice, as there were no toiletries in the shower (there are dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower). It was an inconvenience to have to call for a refrigerator to be brought to our room, then moved to our second room, as they don't furnish refrigerators in their rooms (even though it is advertised as such in deluxe rooms). And what is that smell in the common areas and lobby?
Location and access to freeways Age of the Hotel is truly showing. Overall cleanliness was less than adequate (LTA). Exercise area was LTA, restaurant was LTA, resturaunt staff was LTA, no jacuzzi to relax, front desk staff not at all helpful, room cleanliness was borderline, hallway floors are uneven and barely wide enough to fit two people across, TV remote never worked, faucet handle broke off when I used it the first time.
Very clean and well managed hotel with friendly staff. We have not stayed in the Ramada type hotel often. Our most frequently stayed hotels would be the Embassy Suites, Hilton or Hyatt. This was a surprised clean and comfortable hotel. Maybe the Wyndham takeover of the chain really adds value and quality to Ramada. Hope it is the same across the whole chain.
King sized bed with feather pillows, nice furniture, friendly staff, very good continental breakfast. Off season (february) was a good time to get a room practically on a floor by itself so very very quiet. Had a great stay. One small issue with the shower water temperature fluctuating, but otherwise was perfect!
I liked that the hotel is right off the freeway. Close to lots of shopping, activities, and restaurants. I was there with a family reunion, I thought the hotel could've been more accommodating. We got a lot of complaints about noise, of course we would be noisy, It's A Family Reunion!!!! Putting all the reunion guests in one section of the hotel would've help with the noise control. The hotel staff did allow us to use an empty banquet room one night to gather in which was greatly appreciated.
Very slow front desk service. False fire alarms. 3 in one night. Hotel didn't care. no explanation. Very entry level hotel for premium price.
The beds were comfy The breakfast was poor at best. Breakfast staff was rude. Wouldn't refill food toward end of breakfast time even though lots of people wanting to eat. Staff wanted us out before finishing our breakfast.
Shuttle from and to air[port was nice. The guy in the breakfast area when we had breakfast was RUDE.
Hotel was in good shape We were assessed a smoking fee charge. We have two children and have never smoked in our lives. The manager Dylan Griffin had a horrible attitude and did not resolve the issue. She needed to go find "evidence" and after two hours of waiting she found that no report was filed. Really poor poor management. Stay away.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room had a nice view. No hot tubs, sauna, or shuttles available. If I didn't get such a good deal thru booking.com it would've been too expensive for what it was. Also, the walls in the rooms seemed pretty thin as I could hear the girls in the room next to me talking most of the first night. None of these were a deal breaker and I wouldn't mind staying again in the future.
Room was nice an comfortable. I had 400$ in gift cards which I used at check in time an yet they still charged my CC for 580$ which screwed up my limit an caused us to cut short our stay.. they told me that was standard but how when I payed essentially what's as good as cash for 98% of my hotel fee..yet they chr get my card as if I hadn't paid a dime.. they should have only charged me the difference period. . it ruined my stay there an my wife as well..
Bed great room wonderful coffee shop did open early enough
