Cons:
Was not at the airport and needed a car immediately and was required to pay over $700.00 for car rental. A taxi was needed to get to the rental place as they did not pick up that far out. Never kayak againBudget

Cons:
I had two reservations they refuse both and I was not able to pick up the car after I push and push and ask why he said the car was broken I was ok I make another reservation and which point the assistant manager said he cancel my reservation and ask for me to leave. At this point I had my lawyer on the on phone and he call cops to remove him.2.0 Poor

The kayak site said the bellevue budget rental at hilton is open up to 4 pm on sunday. I booked the car for 3 pm. I got a reminder from the budget office that my car is ready to be picked up at 3 pm!! It also had the working hours listed as open until 3 pm on sunday. Yet, when I went there at 3 pm, the hotel people said the car rental desk closes at 2 pm on Sunday. So, i ended up wasting a ton of time going there, trying to call the Budget main office to see where i can pick this car from and every time the line would get in the middle as though Budget did not want to be bothered about it.9.6 Wonderful

was late to estimated pickup time by 1 hr. Switched me to a garbage car that handled poorly at highway speeds. Gas tank was left 1/2 full so had to snake an extra stop along the way, and it didn’t indicate how many approx gallons getting it back to 1/2 full would take so I gifted Enterpise $10-15 of gas on top of the exorbitant rental fee for the value.Hertz

Enterprise rental honored the minvan reservation and price that Hertz abandoned.Cons:
I reserved a minivan months in advance. Spent $20 on an uber to this out-of the-way Hertz office THAT NO LONGER EXISTS. Someone could have told me before my family and I were deserted in Seattle without transpirtation.8.0 Very good

The 1st rental - 2019 Malibu with just over 10k miles, check engine light went off. Had to get another, they couldn't find the keys to 2nd car, or 3rd car, 4th car was inadequate, and finally they dug around & found keys for a 5th car. Lost over 4 hours farting around with this exchange.5.6 Fair

The process for pick up is less than optimal. It may be a convenient location for some but skip this location and go to one just up the street. It took over a hour to pick up a vehicle. That’s a absurd amount of time to wait for a car.Kyte
