The first vehicle I rented had problems with the transmission. I called Enterprise and they had me go to another location where they traded my car out. I was very satisfied with the new vehicle. A couple of hours after getting the new vehicle, I realized that we left the remote control for our garage in the first vehicle. I immediately called the Enterprise where I originally rented the car and explained what happened. They have not found my remote as of today, April 12, 2024. I do not understand why they can't trace the original car and find my remote. Other than trying to find my remote, I was very pleased with the service from Enterprise.

They did not have my rental available at the location I reserved. They offered to do a delivery and gave me another phone number. The other office said they didn’t do deliveries that far, only 10-15 minutes away (the location was 16 mins away) Offered to check what they could do and get back with me. Nobody got back with me until past the rental time and I had to go with another company last minute. It really put a lot of stress and time crunch on me and I will not use your company or enterprise again

Pros:

Under the circumstances, the staff was quite accommodating. When I arrived for pick-up, there was not a car available and the staff could not give me a time frame for when I would be getting a car. I mentioned that I had to be in Wichita, KS (from OKC) by 4pm (It was a little after 11AM). When a car became available, it was at the airport location and still needed to be cleaned up and driven to the I-240 location. Instead of making me wait, a staff person drove me over to the airport to the car so I would not have to wait longer than necessary for someone to bring it to me. This was really helpful and I appreciated it.

Cons:

Obviously, a car waiting for me when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time would have been ideal, but it worked out and, again, the staff was handled it well.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and service was quick. The woman checking me in/out was knowledgeable and kind. She made the whole process simple. I appreciated everyone wearing masks and the cleanliness of both the car and the lobby.

Had a car instead of a 15 passenger van.

I reserved a vehicle but when I arrived there was no vehicle. I reserved 2 more times and always told that there was a vehicle but when we showed up there was no vehicle available.
