On time departure and arrival. Had to be the oldest plane in the SWA fleet but it got me where I needed to be.

Flight was delayed out of BWI unexpectedly / without a reason given but otherwise ok.

I got a bit sick on the flight, and was so grateful when the male flight attendant explained to me they keep the back row open for cases like mine. He took such great care of me! I was incredibly grateful.

Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.

The new boarding process was easy and straightforward. Very pleasant.

It was good from LAX to Phoenix, But the connection in Phoenix to Tulsa was not that great. The staff on both flights were great. The choice of free entertainment was ok nothing to brag about. The 45 min delay because of some electrical issue wasn't great from Phoenix to Tulsa. We sat there with hardly any air, The seat I had was between windows so the side of the plane pushed in on you. My being a bigger man it then made the seating area uncomfortable. The seats on the plane had no power to connect to recharge your phone or anything. I would recommend that they should look into a slot or clamp to hold your phone to enjoy while watching the entertainment choices hands-free. Also make it possible to raise the inner seat by the window be able to raise the arm rest up to make more room for larger people to set more comfortably. I would also say other then that stop price gouging the airfare or nickel and diming everything. Not fair for people having to fly for emergencies and be paying for higher prices due to the season or holidays. Your making your money either way and the cost of flying is still going to be the same regardless if there's 100 people or 200 people.

WiFi did not work. Boarding with the new seating assignments took too long. The temperature in the terminal was obnoxious. +/- 80°

Haven’t flown on SW in years. Flight was on time departing and arriving. Served vegan butter onion flavored pretzels which were bad. Coke served was in a tiny paper cup. Crew was not engaging. Felt like they were going through the motions. Old plane, tight seats and no leg room.

I liked receiving attention from aged and well experienced flight attendants. I disliked the non-gluten-free snack but I brought my own so I was OK.

Everything went smoothly and the plane wasn’t full. It was delayed though. The delay was increased due to a crew change which was frustrating.

Love Delta. I'll take connections to stay on Delta even if another airline has a direct flight.

The main issue was the quantity of the drink. The hostess gave only half cup full of the soft drink. I was thirsty and was expecting full glass like every other time.

Delta always provides stellar service. I am always impressed and will try my best to travel via Delta if I can afford it.

This flight was the flight we missed due to deltas delay at our first airport going TO Atlanta.

Wi-fi was out for the whole flight. I pay a premium to fly Delta because it has wifi and because it was out I didn’t get to work on anything I wanted to. I’ll have to make it up later this week by spending less time with my family.

I enjoyed the whole flight and the crew was amazing i dont usually fly delta

Very nice the whole crew was amazing and very professional. I had an offer for a drink it was handled great and amazing crew and nice flight.

I just wish the boarding process/time to take off after boarding was quicker and more efficient. I also wish that the overhead luggage was managed better. almost every time i fly there is no space for carry ons and they are either checked or I end up having to store it several rows back from my seat. Delta should not offer carryons for all customers if there is not actually space for everyone

In a world of delays, Delta was on time both ways! Boarding was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly. AND wifi worked.

There is no free Wi-Fi or screens in the seats for this flight. It would be nice if they had actual actual healthy drink options like a flavored sparkling water. The flight was very dark because nobody was sitting on the left side and they didn't open any of the windows. The plane was kind of and had small overhead bins. There was no distinguishable difference between economy and comfort Plus.

I need to note that this flight experience was generally fine but the boarding situation was absolutely a mess and there wasn’t any actual priority boarding. I rated the experience poorly because I’m am genuinely so frustrated with the crew on United taking the baggage space in first class. This flight it didn’t happen, but the last few flights (when I ironically don’t get an opportunity to provide feedback) have been spoiled because upon entering the first class cabin as one of the first few seated passengers, the overhead bins are full and ‘crew’’ tags are on the bags of those taking space. I don’t intend to infer some sort of a class or caste system but it’s absolutely ridiculous that the crew takes the overhead storage above and beyond their most loyal and lucrative customers. They should not even have economy space IMO. And I’ve gotten grief when I’ve noted to the crew the ridiculousness of the notion that the crew (who are the last off the plane) should have priority over flyers who pay. I hope you find a way to convey this message to United because it’s happening with increasing frequency and I intend to find a way to expose the specific crew members who are doing this on a flight by flight basis. (And I have a day job)

Great flight and crew. Need more legroom and DO NOT allow seats to recline.

Flight and crew were great. Need more legroom and do not allow seats to recline.

Bathrooms broken, Wifi not working, Direct TV stuck in a United credit card loop for whole flight

We arrived to Chicago nearly 30 minutes early, which was great, but then was on the ground for over an hour because the gate was not available. The issue I had was the pilot estimation was frustrating. First he said he was informed it would be 20 minutes but he said "it will probably be more like 10 minutes". After 30 minutes he came back on the comm and said it would be another 10 minutes, maybe 20. I understand he was only giving estimates but he also layered in his own gut feel. We were never told why we didn't have a gate even after our scheduled entry.

Just sat on the run way after we arrived early

New Max 10, first class seats have been shrunk. End of a 20 hour journey, it was United not Lufthansa, just glad to get home

Worst boarding experience, flight extremely delayed causing super tight connect and deplaning was a disaster as ppl were pushing and shoving to get off. Then after flying over 8 hours had to get off a job to next flight. Limited beverage service in Business class (water or white wine) no food. The plane was very cold (temperature) so uncomfortable

Stored my cloth purse under seat in front off me as instructed. When I retrieved it, half of it was soaked, along with everything inside it. I don’t really know how that could have been prevented because the area did not look wet, but I was not happy about it.

The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.

It was decent, there was no WiFi on the flight but the FA’s gave everyone a warning once we boarded the plane. Unfortunately it didn't give me enough time to download my entertainment content.

American airlines is always delayed in their flights. No access to wifi unless paid

The boarding and fllight were good. The reason for the ok rating was the long walk to get to the transport to finally get to the gate.

This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.

I appreciate that I finally got the seat I paid extra for this time. Thank you

Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.

Flight from Dallas to OKC was good, but my trip was interrupted due to a delayed flight from Austin to DFW, which happens all the time. I frequently miss my connection from DFW and American can never seem to make this work!

This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.

No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.

Do not rebook people without asking .. threw the whole return trip off

Air was off while waiting on the runway and the temperatures became very uncomfortably hot. Flight attendants were very loud and rude the entire flight.

I booked tickets from San Diego to Cincinnati months in advance to attend my sister’s wedding, a wedding where I was serving as the officiant. At 10:00 PM the night before my 6:00 AM flight (just 8 hours before departure), I received an alert that my first leg to Denver was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Cincinnati. When I called Frontier customer service, they informed me that they couldn't get me on any other flight that would get me there in time for the Saturday wedding, let alone the rehearsal dinner. Because I had a critical role in the wedding, I was forced to buy a last-minute ticket on another airline for three times the original price, costing me well over $1,000 extra. Even with the emergency flight, I still missed the rehearsal dinner entirely. When I spoke with Frontier, they agreed to refund my original ticket, but showed zero care or accountability for the massive financial burden and distress they caused. Their "compensation" for causing me to spend an extra $1,000+ and miss an irreplaceable family event? A $75 Frontier voucher. Frontier completely dropped the ball. Their customer service showed zero empathy, and their reliability is non-existent. I will never fly Frontier again, and no one else should either if they actually need to get where they want to go. Tip for anyone flying from Denver to Cincinnati: Avoid Frontier connecting flights or layovers at all costs, especially for time-sensitive events. Book direct flights with an airline that actually offers reliable customer support and rebooking options when delays occur.

Their customer service showed zero empathy letting me know that it was Frontier who was the real victim by refunding my ticket price, and their reliability is non-existent. I will never fly Frontier again, and I strongly advise anyone who actually needs to arrive at their destination on time for an important event to book with literally any other airline.

Flight delayed and missed connection. Next available flight was a 10 hour delay.

It got me to my destination? However we were an hour delayed departing, and we never received any updates or notifications from staff. Poor communication and customer service.

Frontier didn’t give us enough notice that our flight had been delayed. I was just entering the airport when I received the notice, less than 2hrs before my scheduled flight. They delayed it 1hr 22min because another jet left late out of Vegas. Frontier needs better communication with customers because I could have eaten at home and had someone drive me instead of paying for an Uber.

Great flight, no problems. I wish they would increase the checked bag weight limit. Packing was very stressful.

My experience with Frontier was terrible. We were delayed for 2 hours. At one point during the wait at the gate I left to go get a sandwich - I was gone probably 15 minutes. In my absence, they decided to move our flight up, boarded and left. When I came back the two attendants were very rude and I unavoidably had to purchase another ticket on the next flight. During this whole time, the Frontier app did not update the departure time, so I was SOL.

Flight delayed 9 hours. On tarmac for over an hour after arrival. Will never book with Frontier under any circumstances ever again.

My ATL–CVG Frontier flight was disappointing due to both an operational issue and unprofessional customer service. After everyone had boarded and the aircraft had pushed back from the gate, we were delayed because the passenger count did not match the flight manifest. The crew counted passengers approximately six times before the aircraft returned to the gate and gate agents boarded to help resolve the discrepancy. We were ultimately advised that a family had been allowed to board but not all of their boarding passes had been properly scanned. This resulted in a departure delay of nearly an hour. I did appreciate that the pilot kept passengers informed and tried to reassure us that some of the delay could be recovered during the flight. My greater concern was the customer-service experience. I am a Frontier Elite Platinum member and was seated within the first five rows. When I boarded, the overhead bins near my seat were already closed. I opened two bins to see whether my small backpack would fit. A female flight attendant sharply told me that a closed bin meant it was full, although the second bin clearly had available space. When I tried to ask whether I could simply place my backpack in that available space, she ignored me. Later, while the gate agents were working to resolve the passenger-count problem, I heard the same flight attendant make jokes about how many gate agents it takes to count passengers. She then made unnecessary comments about the male gate agent doing the count, men thinking they can do things better than women, and women knowing better and outliving men. Later in the flight, she also commented that passengers should know that the first thing they need to do is always be nice to the flight attendants. Courtesy absolutely should go both ways. Flight attendants deserve respect from passengers, but passengers also deserve respectful and professional treatment from the crew. Joking about colleagues who were actively trying to correct an operational problem, making gender-based comments in front of passengers, and being dismissive toward a passenger asking a simple baggage question were unnecessary and unprofessional. I fly enough to understand that delays and mistakes happen. What determines the quality of the experience is how those situations are handled. Unfortunately, the customer-service attitude on this flight made an already frustrating operational delay considerably worse.
