I like more the style and the luxury of the hotel
personnel really assisting in all matters of travellers; romantic designs of rooms. breakfast modest but still acceptable
The kitchen was closed on Sunday and Monday night.
Beautiful lobby, lovely rooms. It was a lovely small hotel that felt like an oasis after returning from a day of touring. Comfortable beds. Road noise during the day.
Elegant atmosphere, good location, courteous and attentive staff.
Nothing Impressive, they promoted the hotel as a boutique hotel and part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, not so ture... it's an old building with 18 rooms that are tight and not for castrophobic people. There is no lounge, no gym and no facilities what so ever! The room sizes, it is a suite with two tiny bedroom and sitting area with no television. Car park is almost a mile away and it is a good 10 minute stride. The Toilet is horribly fitted with bad plumbing, the location is on a busy street with no space even to load/offload a taxi with your luggage... a horrifying experience in general!!!!
The breakfast was terrible, and was out of all proportion
The room was very nice.
the staf we met arivving at the hotel were not kind
Air conditioning didn't worked.
Hotel Canada was a superb choice for our stay in Milan. The rooms have been renovated and are of a very high standard - better than you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really couldn't find a fault during our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.
Location, cleanliness of the room, recently renovated. Excellent choice for a 3-star hotel near the centre. Quite comfortable! Taking into account the prices in Milan, quite good value for money. No Parking available!!And parking in Milan is a nightmare and extremely expensive.
The hotel was newly renovated and still the renovation takes place now. The facilities of the room was very great. It was very near to the historical site such as Duomo, etc. Everything was wonderful.
Nice rooms, i think just renovated! good location for shopping and to visit restaurants in Milan. Rooms are great, only i think downstairs (reception and breakfast room ) can also use a renovation, reception and lobby are a bit old and not in the style of the rooms.
The rooms were amazing for a 3 star hotel. their room service is great Their breakfast wasn't that good not much of food to choose from. location as well was a bit far from shops and all the nice places. Their TV had only the italian channels not much to see if you donot understand italian
The location is okay, is near to M3 and could easily reach the Duomo by walk. The room is a little small.
Rooms were spacious and very clean, the highlight though was the phenomenal staff.
Location and was good for the *** hotel
The staff was most friendly and helpful. Furthermore the location was perfect, really close to the city centre. Parking facilities nearby.
Large room to italian standart. Breakfast need more quantidad of itens and no free wifi.
The location Well overpriced. Not even breakfast was included in the exorbitant rate.
Good locations, close center walking distance, and metro, big room, hotel staff very kind, helpfully, talk English
Location, close to metro, possible to walk to city centre, plenty of restaurants around; helpful staff, well-furnished, good wi-fi.
Absolutely excellent staff. Especially the very tall guy with the glasses--super gentleman, exceptionally polite and helpful. No.
Value for the price.
I have stayed in the hotel on several occassions I also like the fact they have a secure garage. Essential in Milan.
that the hotel was located in a central location, and that when the cab stopped outside the hotel, someone was already there to take our bags everything was great and I didnt read the reviews beforehand
Nice Services and Kind Staff. Room, Breakfast.
a very good hotel in a good location
Quick check in and given room before 12noon. Front desk Staff were excellent and courteous No Wi-fi signals in my room. Had to come down to reception to work on my laptop.
the name of the hotel is correct. 'the hotel is TOP' friendly personel, beautiful room, we will be back as soon as possible ! we give the maximum of the points. Ferna shoe(vandenbosch)
Friendly staff. Close to good transport
Hotel in desperate need of renovation. Bed and pillowws terrible. No non-smoking rooms! Breakfast a tragedy.
It has satisfied our needs in terms of location, price and comfort. No.
Simple, clean property with Great housekeeping and the front of the house team. A tread mill help for a quick workout which was missing
Friendliness of staff, clean bathroom at the rooms, Hotel computer with fast Internet connection No Wireless LAN connection inside the rooms
staff very friendly, location ecxellent, transportation good, pubs near by pictures not as described
As in all the hotels I have stayed in Europe so far I think it doesn't make much sense to charge for the wireless internet that they only have in the lobby!!!
It's really value for money, room was perfectly clean, free high speed internet. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby
Worth the money! Breakfast (decent) and bathroom in the room is more than I expect from a 1 star hotel. We had 1 room for 3 people. (105/night) It was a double bed and a single one. The double bed had one bedspread. The room was small and had no place to sit and chat, only beds and a wardrobe.
We found the staff most helpful, with many extras that you would expect to find from a higher priced hotel such as good toiletries in the bathroom, this included toothbrushes and paste!! Free Internet was also helpful too! We found the walls very thin, but I am told this is 'Italy' also the breakfast was a little thin on the ground, but still very nice and fresh.
Good price/quality ratio. Deserves more than one star. Good breakfast. Central location. Friendly staff. At arrival in afternoon no english speaking staff available. No assistance in finding a parking place. Bad experience with police because of double parking in front of hotel during unloading luggage in heavy rainfall; no assistance from the hotel.
price & location the receptionist's english was very poor
It is in a great location, so easy to reach citycenter.. No minibar and it is expensive but compared to other hotels in Milano it is normal I guess..And not so many people speaks english but still they are always trying to help..
Big room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 children age 5 & 2 and 1 infant), the continental breakfast was nice with crispy croiisant! clean room, friendly staff who provided cot upon request. one of the extra bed provided had bugs, biting my daughter all over her face and body! No lift not convenient for family with baby
Stayed at the hotel twice, and will properly do it again. A clean and okay hotel with a central placement. City center can be reached within 3-5 minutes with tram. Breakfast is a bit boring. Cheese, ham, eggs and good bread is missing. Can be a bit noisy at night when workers cleans the tram tracks and dustbins are emptied.
I liked the location, literally 5 mn from Navigli , the quiet and clean room, the friendly staff, good price 70eur with booking for a location in a central area. the breakfast a little poor and the TV very small
Good service, perfect location, clean.
