No signs instructing you where to drop off vehicle. It was a one way rental so I didn't pick it up there. It was inconvenient because she made me go back to mall parking to pull car up to front door which was difficult to findBudget

there was only one person working during a time when the internet was down. It took me a total of two hours to do a simple one day rental. There should have been no less that four people working during this trying time. The car that was rented to me was filthy. It smelled like sweat and cigarettes. I could not wait to get out of it. It was the most disgusting car I have ever been in. It shook over 65 MPH. It was Nissan Rogue2.0 Poor

we go to Miami every year and always rent a car. this as my first time with your company and we didnt like the way your employee treated us . He was too rude and i told him that will be my first and last. That happened ay the Drop off no May 24 at 12:30 in the afternoon.2.0 Poor
