6.0 Good
Pros: Decent room.
Cons: They promote themselves as a family hotel for getaway experiences. They usually have evening movies and s’mores for guests. This time there was absolutely nothing?!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff is amazing. Beds and pillows comfy
Millcroft Inn & Spa - Caledon
2
8.8 Excellent (933 reviews)
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room’s style was fine, like the old inn, pretty exotic.
Cons: There is only several pools. The inside pool is old and smelly, and the outside pool is really small. It is winter and we are freezing outside, the pool is not hot enough actually. Anyway, bad experience ever, although good for take photos. Not worth it anyway.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Excellent European Flair in the room we've had! Will come back for sure!
Cons: Cheap looking vinyl floors and fixtures in the SPA change rooms. Replace this and the overall impression will be great! The designated "quiet" spa areas are not as quite as requested... SLOW service in the SPA Bistro
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Hot Springs were fantastic
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Spa was great. Room suggestion - very dry. Could add a vaporizer for the room.
Cons: Better signage. Fix roads.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rustic and charming location that serves as an excellent getaway for anyone looking to escape from the humdrum of city living. Spa treatments were excellent, staff were friendly and highly accommodating, and overall a great experience. A bit expensive overall, but well worth the high price point. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a grand escape that isn't in another country :)
Cons: I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The beds were a bit tall? There was a step stool located in the closet which helped with that so it's really a non-issue. The floors were a bit creaky but that's to be expected of a facility that's as old as the Millcroft ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
4.0 Okay
Pros: The area was beautiful. Sauna and steam were ok
Cons: It was loud and rowdy at the spa, not relaxing. The Hot tubs were not that hot. Walls in rooms are so thin it sounded as if our neighbors were in our room. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable

9.0 Excellent
Cons: A lot of road noise
6.0 Good
Pros: Because of the covid 19 pandemic the pool was not available and breakfast was a in a bag. There was no housekeeping and very little maintenance when we asked for assistance. We were not allowed any guests even though none of us were isolated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean and very good hot breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Pricing. Because of limited options in the area, price was a bit steep.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The road was too loud, even with the fan on and noise cancelling headphones. The window unit also does not have a temperature set on it. So I was too cold, then was sweating hot. I was woken up in the middle of the night multiple times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Nope
5.0 Okay
Pros: The customer service of the front end staff were great. Housekeeping didn't clean my room after two reminders in one day, and a lady from the front end ended up doing their job because they had left.
Cons: My first room had around 200 baby ants in it swarmed together. They switched our room so everything was fine there. Then the next day I asked two separate times of the day for my room to be cleaned and both times it didn't get done.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Room had seating area for visiting with other family members staying at the same hotel. Excellent breakfast included.
Cons: No
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was great. Clean with lots of pillows and other amenities. Good location. The lobby was really nice too. So was the dining area.
Cons: The hot tub was not working. That was very disappointng since that is one of the 2 reasons we picked this hotel. The second reason we picked it was for the "full breakfast" which was below standard. The eggs were overdone, the meats were not appetizing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean , Great service
Cons: bathroom fan came out from the ceiling and hanging above the toilet. Already informed the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Appearance was very nice
Cons: Would liked it to have been cheaper for a Sunday night in February
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff were excellent. Prompt greeting when we arrived. Our stay was very good.
Cons: Room had a bit of wear on the walls (wallpaper was peeling in one area). Room was very clean.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not a thing

6.0 Good
Cons: Motel charged a damage deposit of $100 that they said would be refunded at check out and as of yet it has not been.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: That it was a smoking room
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: When my girlfriend and I initially checked in to the room after disinfecting it we turned on the tv but there were lines all through the screen and pixels missing so I asked to have it changed or asked if it was possible to switch rooms. The man I spoke to was very rude saying it was fine and he wasn't going to do anything then after speaking to his wife she brought us a different tv.The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.there was only 2 pillows on the bed. I feel that for 85$ on a Monday night is quite high for the facilities they have to offer. As well I checked out Monday morning and still haven't received my deposit of 50$ for my room.
4.0 Okay
Pros: New flooring, bar fridge and micro wave oven in the room.
Cons: 1. T.V. reception was so snowy I could not read screen graphics during Leafs vs. Canadians game. 2. Internet service went down at 7 pm. 3. Missing the light bulb over the sink. 4. Did not like having to put up a $50.00 credit bond on my credit card, the manager reviewed our room in the morning for any damage or thievery, finding none he then processed a $50. credit card entry to remove damage bond from my account. I brought issues 1,2 & 3 to his attention and he said that I complained a lot. I suggested that he might want to review my complaints before the next guest checked in.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The fact that I had a bed to sleep in
Cons: The owner was very rude
5.1 Okay
Pros: It was very quiet which was good for sleeping, and the wifi signal is super fast. Very close to the mall.
Cons: I had hair all over my bathtub, it was not cleaned prior to my check in. No bathtub plug, bathtub was all around dirty, When I awoke, I had patterned bites on my forehead, I think it might have been bed bugs. Also room was dark, lighting wasn't the greatest
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Was supposed to be a smoking room and wasn’t
6.0 Good
Cons: Owner complained about “loud” music at five in the afternoon, because nightworkers live there!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The house had a very nice rustic look and feel. Great place to unwind & relax. Loved the fireplace . The owners Steven and Susan were amazing and super helpful. The entire house had nice thoughtful touches even though it’s 200years old. Different and unique memorable experience. Takes you back in time. They have a movie theatre downstairs as well as a spa !!
Cons: Nothing, liked everything here.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay last night. Thanks Tom and Sue! ☺️
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful ambience, Friendly owners - A lovely home that is warm & inviting. I will definitely stay here again!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The little bar downstairs with lounge & fireplace was lovely. Breakfast area is very nice. Rooms were quaint & antique like, from another era which was lovely. Excellent homemade breakfast & service. Lovely family run place.
Cons: No bath plug so had to shower. Shower was a bit weak in water pressure. Difficult to undress and change as there's no door to the entrance of bathroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is very cosy, with some lovely common areas to hang out in. Comfortable beds. Our room had its own sink and toilet which was fine - didn't really need the use of the shower for a one-night stay. The dining room is spacious (i.e. you're not tripping over each other to get in and out your chairs) and there was a good selection of breakfast items. Location is quiet, zero traffic noise and soundproofing between rooms was decent.
Cons: The self-serve breakfast area had an electrical issue. A breaker or fuse seemed to go out and meant all the small appliances (toaster, microwave, coffee maker etc.) were unusable. We were one of several families planning to have just a quick breakfast before heading to an early meet at a local arena, and the problem didn't get solved before most of the guests needed to leave.
6.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great and the location was great for our purposes. We enjoyed all the antiques and the history of the property. Staff were very accommodating.
Cons: The room that we had was very small and the facilities were quite basic. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and athough the TV was very small, the channel selection was very good.
