They weren’t helpful at all even though I called the support center. They didn’t have the car I rented and they didn’t even try to give me a any other car.

The car rental did not work out. I would not recommend. We arrived about 40 min after pickup time and they said they no longer had a car for us. They offered us an electric vehicle or to pay more for a truck. We took the electric vehicle and the minute we got I. The car and turned in the AC the whole car smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to cancel the car because it was not drivable. And had to go rent a car elsewhere. Terrible experience. And they wasted 2 hours of our day.
The service was lovely but there were two issues: I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be ready. Not a big deal to me but may be to other customers. More significant: I paid for a mid-size SUV, such as a Toyota RAV4 or Mitsuibishi Outlander. The car that I was given was a Mitsuibuishi RVR, which is one class smaller and is considered a compact SUV. If this location only has RVRs, then it should be sold as a compact SUV, not as a mid-size SUV.
