they were flexible and helped me manage my changing requirements following a bereavement in the family. All staff were excellent, particularly our airport shuttle driver.Cons:
An addition $100 charge for an airport drop off (Particularly when the location of the drop off wasn’t actually at the airport!) seemed a bit steep!10.0 Wonderful

I made a reservation for 10am and was told by the clerk that the card would not be available for "several hours", while we did get a call about 1.5 hours later to come pick up the rental, I was extemely disapointed that making a reservation apparently means nothing. I also wasn't told that the location would be closed when we came to return the car at 6pm and had not been given any instructions on how to return. Luckily the hotel staff were able to point me in the right direction.4.8 Mediocre

Returning the car involved a scavenger hunt for an unmarked button to open a gate, a maze of a subterranean parking garage and being double-charged for my efforts.8.4 Very good

Car didn't have USB for charging phone, I ran out of battery. Price was a bit higher than other companies but pickup location was better.8.4 Very good

Although the young man at the desk did not seem eager to help, when pressed, he said the manager might help us find another car rental place. And he did. That was appreciatedCons:
I feel having a phone system that allows call to be answered and messages received would be helpful. When we were running late and called to tell them no one answered and the mailbox was full. We could not leave a message. As a consequence the car we reserved was given to someone else.2.0 Poor

The check in process was about an hour. The car that we were assigned was driven off of the lot to get cleaned just as we were done signing over four contracts. This led to another long delay. We recommend using another car service if you want a timely departure and good customer service.6.0 Okay
