Car did not come with snow tires, only car that had snow tires was extra. Car windshield was damaged during travel from rocks on high being flung up and am being charged roughly $830 for the repair for small cracks.Reviewed Jan 3 2025

I rented a minivan. I called the agency to check the car insurance prices that I didn't hire on the application and they told me that the agency didn't have a minivan and couldn't have one. So if I hadn't called for some other reason, I would have arrived and they would have made a mess of all my travel plans. Bad service from Hertz for offering it and from Kayak and QEEQ for trusting what Hertz offers. I cancelled the rental and had to pay more at another agency. All bad!Reviewed Aug 8 2024

bad, booked 48hrs in advance pickup at 790 southwest marine dr. was set for noon on saturday, ...they were closed and close at noon on saturday..?? called at 11:45 AM on my way there and no one answered so called customer service when I arrived at the closed location, was told that they had no more cars available there anyway...?? was told that i should go to the airport and and book again for 50$ more..?? LOL was told that's the way it works nothing can be done for me even though they obviously messed up... needed a car so went to the other location and there they are refusing payment and can't process my card for whatever reason... don't ever use this service or it's products, just go to TURO it seems as to not deal with any of that BS. The car rental did not work out. I would not recommend. We arrived about 40 min after pickup time and they said they no longer had a car for us. They offered us an electric vehicle or to pay more for a truck. We took the electric vehicle and the minute we got I. The car and turned in the AC the whole car smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to cancel the car because it was not drivable. And had to go rent a car elsewhere. Terrible experience. And they wasted 2 hours of our day.Reviewed May 14 2024
