Friendly and easy to work with in regards to rental. SUV had a few minor issue's: idling at traffic light it was jumpy & had to shut off vehicle a few times, turn it back on to shift gears!

Pros:

Fast and attentive service received both visits when picking up our SUVs at the Mt Pleasant SC Location (1145 Johnnie Dodds). The team is solid. We received phone calls day prior to confirm, and the timing was great for our specific situations, and our concerns were always taken care of. Staff (Elliot) went above and beyond not to educate us about our rental and potential upgrade/ insurance options but made us feel confident we got a good rate. We were new to the area and he even recommended his favorite places to eat or visit. We really appreciated the warm welcome and exceptional service. Our second time we just did a rewrite (name care another month) Elliot serviced the car, he even washed it and filled the windshield fluid. He also spent the time helping us apply our Rental points for enterprise plus. Even though we are staying in Folly Beach, we would definitely go back to that location and rent again.

Staff very friendly and pick up and drop off was very easy. The price was very good for a 30 day rental.

The car could have been a little cleaner inside and out.

Booked a 6pm pickup not realizing that was the time the shop closed. Showed up 10 minutes late and was refused entry and was not able to get the car. Should not be allowed to book a pickup at or after closing. Very disappointing.

should’ve have been more courteous send us an email explaining the company has no vehicles before the date of pickup, I lost a day of work thinking my reservation was good but I was told “Life happens “

Picking up the car took under 10 minutes. Dropping off took about 5 minutes. So easy! I really appreciated that. I thought it was a bit expensive though.

Pros:

Booked a rental car for my trip to Charleston. Thankfully, I saw the scathingly terrible reviews and decided to call ahead to make sure my reserved car was there. Very rude woman said "no cars here" and when I asked if there was another place that had some (even though I already had a reservation) she just hung up. Terrible experience.

Cons:

Actually honoring your customers reservations and coming through with a promised vehicle rental. Or, just a thought, do not allow bookings when you know there are not vehicles available!
