Cons: I did not like that i had to sit and wait for 30 minutes after the time I booked the car to be picked up. I missed a work meeting and it really messed up my day, as I had it very well planned out. I expected better from Budget. They the inside of the car was not very well cleaned but I had no time to make an issue about as I was already late.
I wish I could get compensated in some way as I do rent cars for work throughout the year and was expecting something a little smoother in terms of a nice, clean vehicle that was there at the time of pick up that i requested.

Pros: Promptness of service, quality of vehicle, ease of pickup.
Cons: Low tire pressure warning lights were on from the start. I came back to have them addressed. The pressure was checked but the warning lights stayed on. I was told that that often happens until the tires heat up. Sure enough, the lights did go off in a while, but came on again and stayed on during other drives. It turns out one tire had dropped from 35 psi to 20. I re-inflated it but didn't feel safe driving the car, so I swapped it for another at the Atlanta airport rental car center.
Also the car did have some dirt/stains on the seats and rear doors that i discovered and wiped off myself.

Cons: When you try to choose Charleston Airport on Kayak it defaults you to this location. We didnt know that this address was a $35 taxi ride away and that they cant help you at the airport unless they charge you $50-$60 more for your rental. Contacted Kayak and they said "not our problem". Price quoted was less than price paid. Apparently additional fees recently added that noone informed us of. Noone willing to honor price quote!

Pros: Extremely helpful and my vehicle was very clean and had no issues.
Cons: Last minute trip. last minute res. As I was waiting on UBER to take me to the rental car location, I got a call saying they didn't have any cars. Not sure what happened. Ended up renting elsewhere and had a fine experience with another company that is in a more convenient location just my trip was delayed about 2 hours.

Enterprise Rental Had No Cars To Fulfill Reservati
Cons: I didn't like taking the time weeks in advance to reserve a car and at the reservation time being told there were no cars available to rent and no idea of when there would be cars to rent. The service was abysmal at best. The manager had no preplanning capabilities and only offered excuses as to why my reservation could not be fulfilled. I will NEVER rent from this Enterprise location EVER again.

Pick up scheduled after hours
Cons: Pickup time was scheduled after that office was closed. Called ahead to verify and discovered the office closed at noon. Seems like an easy error to head off.

Cons: reserved a full size got mid-size. No other cars available so I had to take one with a cracked windshield. Gas was below 1/2. Engine/transmission felt like it was slipping.
Cons: Santa Fe had a lot of miles and did not ride well at all. the seats were uncomfortable and drove more like a truck. Was not pleasant to be in for long periods of time. The main hertz Office on Hwy 17 Mt Pleasant the associates were very unhelpful and did not seem to care. When I expressed interest in what type of vehicle I may be getting. They would not let me put in a preference and did not even attempt to help in anyway. They do not know anything about good customer service and to keep clients. The gentleman at the Brickyard location was very helpful when I returned it. That did leave a better impression on me.
